--- one banana

--- strawberries

--- pineapple

--- coconut water

(blend all the ingredients together in a blender, before pouring into a bowl)


For the top of the smoothie bowl:

--- chocolate chips

--- granola

--- strawberries cut up 

--- honey 


Caesar Salad:

--- lettuce 

--- cucumber

--- red and green peppers cut into strips

--- red onion diced

--- spring onion cut into small pieces

--- grilled chicken

--- croutons

--- sweetcorn

--- cheese of your choice

--- caesar salad dressing
