Sangeeta slept soundly, with dreams filled with echoes of the previous day's events. The soft morning light filtered through her curtains, gently waking her from her slumber. Her grandmother's voice, filled with concern, cut through the peaceful quiet.

"Kiddo, wake up! It's already 8 a.m.!" Grandma's voice called out.Sangeeta groaned, burrowing deeper into her pillow.

"Five more minutes, Grandma," she mumbled, her eyes still closed.

"No way, you need to get up now! Don't you have work today? You'll be late if you don't hurry," Grandma insisted, her tone more urgent.

With a sigh, Sangeeta dragged herself out of bed. She shuffled to the bathroom, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. As she brushed her teeth, her mind suddenly jolted awake with a realization. "Oh my gosh, I have to return the umbrella!" she exclaimed to herself in the mirror. "I'll meet him today and give it back."

Returning to the kitchen, she found her grandmother bustling around, preparing breakfast. The aroma of freshly cooked food filled the room, but Sangeeta's mind was still processing.

She sat down at the table, still thinking about the previous night's events. Her grandmother placed a steaming plate of food in front of her and noticed the smile on Sangeeta's face. "Oh my! You're smiling this morning. Did something happen?"

Sangeeta blushed slightly and took a bite of her food. "Oh, it's nothing really, Grandma. Just something that happened yesterday."

"Come on, tell me! Why are you smiling like that?" Grandma pressed, her curiosity getting the better of her.

Sangeeta looked up, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Well, you remember how I was caught in the rain and went to that bookstore? The man who helped me with the umbrella-he came to the bookstore with my bag and umbrella. He didn't say much, just handed them to me and left quickly. I was so surprised. I wanted to thank him, but he was already gone."

Grandma's eyes widened in interest. "Wow, that's quite a story! He must have been kind to do that. But remember, if he had bad intentions, he would have tried to stay and talk to you more. Just be careful, alright?"

Sangeeta nodded, smiling. "You worry too much, Grandma. I'm sure he was just being polite."

"Alright then," Grandma said, smiling back. "Just make sure to thank him properly when you see him again."

"I will," Sangeeta promised, finishing her breakfast.

After the meal, Sangeeta grabbed her bag and the umbrella, which she had left by the door. She hugged her grandmother goodbye. "I'll see you later, Grandma. Have a great day!"

As she walked to the bus stop, she talked to herself, "I finished most of my work yesterday, so today shouldn't be too busy. I plan to leave early and wait for him at the bookstore to return his umbrella. Maybe I'll get a chance to thank him properly."

The bus arrived just as she reached the stop, and she climbed aboard, her heart fluttering with a mix of anticipation and nerves. Holding the umbrella tightly, she glanced at it, thinking about the mysterious man who had been so kind.

The day ahead promised to be different, and she looked forward to the chance to express her gratitude and perhaps get to know him a little better.
