Peace returned to Auredon. After returning to the present time, everything went as planned. The Queen of Hearts has changed beyond recognition, which Red herself is not yet able to accept. It's difficult to turn it all upside down after years full of hardships, manipulation and ruthlessness. Queen Bridget didn't show love for her daughter, which is why it's now a huge problem for her to get used to the changes.

Red was left alone with her emotions. She hid them and still hides them inside herself so that they will never see the light of day. No one is able to help her. Only herself. Behind the mask of a cold girl, there is a girl afraid of her own feelings. She doesn't trust her own heart and doesn't really know what love is or whether to believe in it. She's lost...

Lost in a world where no one will understand her...

But she'll be fine. Or at least she thinks so. She writes down all her emotions in diaries or by using art where she puts her thoughts on paper. This helps her, although even this fails more and more often.

Red lost hope that anyone would be up to the task of putting her back together and fighting the painful memories. It seems so long ago, but the wounds still cannot heal and only keep opening again.

Often, however, a familiar face appears between these memories.

This blue-haired girl and the fleeting thoughts related to her relieve Red's pain. She doesn't really know why, because they're not actually friends and she's not sure if she wants to get closer to her. One thing is clear to her...

She can be the person who will cross the impassable barriers..

Red is just resting on a bench near the high school, with headphones on, completely silent, not thinking about anything, when suddenly she hears...

- Red! I've been looking for you!

She'll recognize this voice anywhere, it's Chloe Charming herself..
