Guido
"I'm just glad he's alright. He's at home now resting." Aurora told me. She was telling me about her dad's heart attack. I could imagine how scared she was when she got that call from her mother. We were in her art room as she was painting a random painting. "I called him earlier and Mom was placing him on a strict diet for the next few months."
"So what, all plant based things?" I asked her.
"Basically." She replied. She sighed, sitting back in her chair. "So, how's Kai?" She asked. Hearing his name, I froze.
I haven't spoken to Kai that often since that one night. I'm sure he knows that I've been feeling awkward. How am I supposed to feel? I swear up and down that I don't like guys but here I am making out with my best friend. It's confusing for me.
"What do you mean?" I asked, playing dumb.
She laughed. "I'm not stupid. I see how you two look at each other." She said. Fuck. I really hope she wouldn't have caught it.
I chuckled. "Little One, are you spying on me?" I joked.
"Nope, just very observant." She replied. I can tell. "But I don't know, just the vibe between you two, you can tell that you have feelings for each other."
I sighed. Might as well be honest. "We've made out a few times." A gasp leaves her lips. Girls. "I don't know. I don't - I'm not attracted to guys but with him, it's just a spark, almost. He makes me feel a way that I haven't felt in a long time. And he's just very comforting to be around." I told her.
She squealed. "I knew it!" She chuckled. "Awww, that's cute. My two older brothers are lovebirds. Wait... that's weird when I say it like that."
"Just a little." I chuckled.
The room door opened and Antonio, along with Kai, stepped in. "What are you two here talking about?" Antonio asked.
"Uhhhh... this show that we've been watching." Aurora replied, making up a story. "It's about two boys that are in love and they just don't realize it yet." I look at her. I see what she's trying to do.
"Hm." Antonio said. "Guido, come on. We have business to take care of." I nodded and hugged Aurora before exiting the room. As we walked out of the house, Kai and I walked beside each other.
"She knows." I whispered to him.
He chuckled. "I figured. That whole "two boys in love" thing was kind of obvious. Do you think Antonio detected it?" He asked.
I laughed. "Not even a little bit." Antonio can be a bit clueless when it comes to anything to do with romance. Unless it's something with Aurora. If he detected it, I'm pretty sure he would've said something by now.

Daniel, Kai, and I were sitting at the bar, having a drink. I needed it since Antonio has been working our ass off today. Besides the Organization, we also work for Antonio's company, meaning that by day, we're regular workers. It's been a lot though because recently, someone lost important files that we had to get back. Antonio's business is everywhere so we're always busy.
"Were you able to locate those files, Antonio?" Daniel asked his older brother. He sat down in Antonio's chair behind his desk. Antonio just let him, I assume he didn't want to argue with his hard headed little brother. "You were pissed ever since they got lost."
Antonio rolled his eyes. "Yes, I found them, brother." He replied to Daniel. "Guido, don't forget that we have a meeting today with Hawthorne at 4." He reminded me.
"Sure. And what is it about again?" I asked him.
"We're negotiating terms for his idea of combining our businesses together. I told him we'd meet up again today to talk about it and see what he could come up with." He replied. I nodded my head. I don't like Hawthorne. He's always been a pain in my ass.
