Percy, Grover, Annabeth, and Lorelei go west and meet Hades, assuming that he is the god that has turned. This proves to be incorrect. The god that turned is Ares.
You shall find what was stolen and see it safely returned.
Percy finds both the master bolt (Zeus) and the helm of darkness (Hades), and both are returned to their respective owners safely.
Daughter of Death, Son of Sea,
The daughter of Death (Thanatos) is Lorelei, and the son of Sea (Poseidon) is Percy.
The Fates have intertwined their destiny.
Their fates and stories have been intertwined intentionally by the fates; Clotho (the spinner), Lachesis (the apportioner), and Atropos (the unbending).
To begin a tale with a fate so frail,
They begin their story/journey, which is woven delicately by the fates.

Luke betrayed Percy after pretending to be his friend and attempting to ensure that his quest failed. Upon the successful completion of the quest, Luke makes an attempt on Percy's life.
And you shall fail to save what matters most in the end.
Percy fails to save what matters most to him: his mother and Lorelei; both of whom he was forced to leave behind in the underworld after only receiving three pearls. Hades ensures his mother's safe return through Lorelei once his helm has been returned to him.

✧ Thought I would do a little breakdown of the prophecy!
Someone brought up the fact that I hadn't added my section to the chapters, partially because I forgot and partially because they have yet to be completed.
I've nearly fleshed out SoM so expect updates soon <3
