— Lloyd's POV —

It was really odd to see a human so kind. Maybe my tribe wasn't right, and those humans are can be kind. But the king sent me to collect some spices but i dont know what he will think when he sees that i came back empty-handed. He is kind and all but he is still nervous that he didn't find his mate.

Lloyd mind - i hope he understands. I will tell him what happened. He will forgive me. I just know it.

As i was still in my dragon form i saw the gate of our kingdom and i saw the guards.

One of the guard - welcome back Lloyd!

I smiled and they opened the gate. I was flying and everyone seemed happy. I landed on the floor and i turned back to my human form.

??? - didn't the king say that he send you for spices?

I heard a voice as i regonized it. I made a disgusting expression and i turned around.

Lloyd - okay, what do you want, Harumi?

She laughed and came closer.

Harumi - he will be mad that you have nothing.

I rolled my eyes and i left her. I hate her so much. I was friends with Harumi back when we were young. But i wasn't "cool" enough and she said we're not friends anymore.

Okay, enough about my shitty life. I walked to the place, where he lives. I opened the giant gate. I saw him walking forth and right, in his dragon form. I saw he was nervous. He needed to have a soulmate but then why didn't he find them yet?

Lloyd - your majesty. Is everything alright?

He noticed me and turned back to his human form. He had black and green scales around him and the scales under his big wing was orange. He had emerald green eyes and when you look at them, you melt because its that beautiful.

??? - lloyd. Did you find what i asked for?

I made a sigh and i looked down.

Lloyd - im so sorry, but i was about to, when a human entered to your territory.

I slowly looked up and he smiled.

??? - and what did you do to them?

I put my hands in a fist and i took a deep breath.

Lloyd - i told him to go away, because if you see him he would be dead, but in the first he didn't want to go away. He started to talk to me. He had a lot of problems and i listened them all. He was a really nice guy and the prince of outside the forest.

I told him and he smiled. He went to his throne and sat down. He also pointed me to come. I did.

??? - first, i told you to call by my name. And second im not mad, dont worry, but not all the humans are so kind. They killed thousands of us, and we killed hundreds of them. But the point is im not mad just be careful.

I smiled.

Lloyd - okay, Cole. I will be more careful next time. I also said things to him about our habits. I told him that you can marry anyone you want, and you can choose any gender. He was shocked, because in their place, his father decides everything...

Cole looked at me with full curiosity in his eyes.

Cole - i feel bad for him. But you should go home and sleep. Its almost night.

I nodded as i left. And i wondered on something.

Lloyd mind - Cole told about his types a lot. That he likes kind and caring guys, who are confident and talkative. And he also told that he likes when his mate is shorter than him. Kai had all this property. Maybe these two might be soulmates?
