— Kai's POV —

I was talking with my sister about a lot of things. Then an idea came up my mind.

Kai - Nya? I wanna meet them and their king really. Is it weird?

She let out a sigh and looked at me.

Nya - Kai, you can't. Just imagine what would father say, and they're dragons, and probably they wouldn't like to see a human.

I knew this already, but what if this is not true? What if they would like to meet me.

Nya - well, its too late for me Kai, im going to bed. Do the same. Tomorrow you know what you need to do, right?

I rolled my eyes and i sighed in sadness.

Kai - you dont need to remind me. I know.

I crossed my arms, looking away and Nya just said:

Nya - good. Well, good night brother.

She said and i looked over to her.

Kai - good night for you too, Nya.

She smiled and left. I just growled.

Kai mind - i wanna go back to Lloyd so bad, i want him to intruduce to his tribe and the king. I wonder what he looks like. But tomorrow i had to be with my "future wife". I dont want to. Whatever im tired.

And i then started to drift into a deep sleep.

I woke up because someone shaked me so hard.

Nya - bro, wake up! Skylor is almost here!

I heard her but i didn't care. I just wanted to go back to Lloyd.

Kai murmuring - but i dont want to. Im tired.

She rollled her eyes and pulled the blanket of me. I got mad.

Kai - NYA! Give that back! I wanna sleep!

Nya - NO! Dress up or im gonna get dad!

Kai - ugh, fine.

I rolled my eyes and i changed into my prince suit and i put my crown on my head. I gelled my hair (i just put the crown on me after that btw) , and i went to the throne room.

Chen - where is he? Im inpatient!

Ray was nervous.

Ray - he will be here soon, oh and there he is.

I came where all eyes started to get stuck on me.

Kai - good morning father, mother. I see that you arrived.

I came closer and i saw that the princess was nervous. She wasn't that ugly as i imagined, you know what? She was kinda pretty.

Ray - Kai, show Skylor around and talk to each other or i dont know.

I rolled my eyes.

Kai - yes, father. Come on.

I told her and she followed me. I put my hands in my pocket and she was nervous. I of course noticed it.

Kai - so, you're Skylor then?

She nodded and i sighed, raised my hands her to shake.

Kai - im Kai. Its nice to meet you. I also noticed you're wondering on something. Whats wrong?

She took some breath in and out.

Skylor - well, this forced realationship is its just so odd to me, i mean... they forcing us to love each other....

She put her hands on her other arms and looked away. We got to my room and i opened the door for her.

Kai - if i tell you something shocking, you promise you won't tell anyone?

She looked up and nodded. I closed the door with a key and i sat besides her in the edge of my bed.

Kai - i met with a dragon yesterday.

I squeezed the mattress and this sentence left the girl shocked.

Skylor - you did? Omg you're so lucky. I've always wanted to met with one. And what are they look like? How they act? Are they friendly?

I chuckled and she did too.

Kai - Wow slow down with the question gurl. Okay, they look like us but a bit diffrent. They can turn into human, but i assume you already knew that. I met one named Lloyd. He was rude at first but when i talked with him, he showed his soft side. So he is my friend now.

Skylor was so excited at my words and she let out a:

Skylor - eeeeeeeeeee

I laughed. She stopped it and looked at the floor. I noticed.

Kai - you dont tell me everything, do you?

She smiled and giggled.

Skylor - well, i dont wanna break your heart or anything like this, but i dont like you in a romantic way.

I smiled.

Kai - i just see you as a friend too. But listed to this. When i talked with Lloyd he said that in their kingdom, they can marry anyone they want.

Skylor's jaw was on the floor.

Skylor - REALLY?!

I nodded.

Kai - and there is more. He also said that you can like your own gender. It's sounds so good, isnt it?

I smiled and she did too.

Skylor - i wanna be a dragon so bad.

I chuckled.

Kai - you just read my mind, and im afraid that there will be some bad things....

She looked at me couriously and i spoke up:

Kai - my dad wants me to be a dragon killer. I dont want that but my trainings starting in Monday.

Tears started to drop from my eye and the princess hugged me.

Skylor - we will find a way against this, and prove our parents that dragons aren't monsters.

I hugged her back.

Kai - thank you Skylor...
