Pihu's POV:
It has been over six months and life has been good. I have not completely moved in with Aditya but sometimes I stay with him. He has been very busy with his work as he is expanding his business. Aditya asked me about moving out of the country. I was thankful and ready to move out as I also needed some change of air. I was skeptical about the decision because of my parents but my parents said it would be a fresh start. So he decided to move to London and spend some years there. How many years is still not decided we just want to go with the flow.
"Pihu are you ready?" my Mom came inside the room. I was sitting in front of the mirror getting ready. Yes, people I am getting married and I am excited about it. People might think what's big in this as it is the second time but I feel it is with the right person this time.
I don't want to get married in the Indian way and call the guests for gossip. So I have decided to do a court marriage and invite people who would be happy for us. It is just making everything official for us. I asked Aditya about his choice and he was happy in either way. So we decided to save money and spend this day with people who matter to us the most.
"Mom, how am I looking?" I asked her. I decided to wear a heavy red sarre with red bangles. I wore a necklace and a mangtika on my head. I kept my hair open instead of a bun. I did not call a makeup artist as I just did basic makeup and wanted to keep everything minimal.
"Beautiful," she praised me. "You know this time you have a unique glow which we say brides use to have," she told me.
"Thank you, Mom," saying I hugged her. "Aditya is ready. We all are waiting for you," she told me.
"Mom, can you call the photographer inside? Before we go I want to click a few photos with you", I told her. I want to spend time with them and store these memories in a photo.
"Mom I know you wanted to invite your friends but I don't want to do that," I told her when she came back after calling the photographer.
"For me, your happiness is more important than anything else in the world," saying she kissed my forehead.
"I will miss you, Mom," I told her. "I will miss you too. This time I want you to have a lot of happiness and give us grandchildren soon," she told me.
"But promise me one thing," she told me. "If you face any difficulty then you will call me. You won't think twice before calling," she continued.
"Ok Mom," I promised her. My parents feel bad that they were not aware of my situation. They always thought Shlok and I had a happy married life. They kind of feel guilty that I had to go through this alone.
"Can I come in Mam?" the photographer asked before entering. "Yes," Mom told him.
"Can you click a few pictures of us?" I asked him. Then we both started to pose. My best pose was went she put the veil over my head and I was looking at the mirror.
