Author's POV:

Aditya's Mom and Dad were sitting all by themself and having a cup of tea. "You know it has been tough not to see your children for so long," her mother said with a sad smile on her face.

"It is tough and they will hate us. But at least you are sure that they are with good partners," his Dad said taking a sip of a tea.

"But I miss my children," her mother replied and she was holding the tears which was about to fall any minute.

"They will come around sooner or later," his Dad replied without an ounce of guilt.

"What if they don't?" her mother asked thinking about all the worst-case scenarios.

His Dad sighed and said, "They will." "You know Aditya is having children. I want to play with my grandchildren," his mother wished.

"I know and things will come around sweetheart," he said to his wife lovingly.

"I hope so," she replied and then they both got busy with their work.

Sometimes parents think they are helping their children by protecting them from the mistakes their children can make. But they forget the part where everyone here is alone. Each of our actions will have consequences and whatever decision you take you are the one to have consequences. Sometimes parents' love and protection of their children don't let them grow. Once children grow up they start feeling suffocated so they distance themselves from their parents. In this case, also Aditya's parents always thought they were protecting their children but little did they know their decision would create a rift between them. They should have let their children make the decision. They might make the wrong decision and would have to face consequences. As parents, they should be standing by them when they are facing the consequences showing them they are there for them.

Shlok's POV:

I have finally moved out of my parent's house. Life has been lonely I don't have anyone to talk to. I don't blame people for it it's just I have to limit myself. I don't meet friends much. They call for a party or anything I decline their offer. After a few times, they also didn't invite me. As for my family, I don't talk to my parents. The only family I have is my brother Aditya. We talk and share a good bond. I share mostly everything with him but some things I kept it for myself. I want him to live a happy life with his family. He had made a beautiful family and I want him to live his life. So whenever we talk usually I take advice related to business only not much on the personal front. For him, my life is going great as I lie to him most of the time about the party or girls in my life. Pihu and I don't share much bond we are just cordial with each other. After stabling my mind I realized I was using Pihu as my rebound. She was there for me when I was betrayed so I started replacing Khushi's place with her. When I came to my senses I realised it was so wrong. Thank God I took that step back otherwise I would have again ruined her life.

Now love is out of the picture for me. Right now my focus is only on work and making my company grow. When I separated myself from my father's company I started a small business. As I was already working in the same field I had contacts. People were interested in doing business with me. So my company became the fastest growing company. Due to this rapid growth, I have to be cautious also and make the right decision. My one decision can make these employees working for me jobless.

I have started doing some good work and donating to small businesses. We have started an initiative in which we hired women who took a break from their work due to personal reasons. If the woman is a single mother and if we could then I have asked the manager to allow them to work from home and call if necessary. We have taken many initiatives in our company to support women. This initiative looks good for the company too and is also our way of giving back to society. Such initiatives have been helpful and paved our path to success.
