Dr. Sahil: Mr. Anurag please come, it's a pleasure meeting you!!
Anurag (having a straight face): Same here Mr. Sahil.
Dr. Sahil: Please have your seat.
All settle down.
Anurag: Dr. Sahil she is Aastha my best friend.
Dr. Sahil: Hello Ms. Aastha!

Aastha: I'm a gynecologist!

They were about to leave the cabin when Sahil asked something to Aastha.
Dr. Sahil: Aastha, have you ever fainted at night or in sleep that you came to know about it in the morning?
Aastha: Yes
Anurag looked at her with shock in his eyes.
Dr. Sahil: Mr. Anurag don't let her sleep alone at night.
Anurag: Okay.
They both came out of the Clinic and settled down in Anurag's car. Anurag was staring at her, Aastha sensed his intense gaze so she spoke.
Aastha: Don't worry fire I'll tell you everything when we reach home.
Anurag: okay, but I want to know the truth this time...
Aastha (in mind): I can't tell you the whole truth Fire...I can't...
They reached Chawan Niwas all elders, pakhi, and Karishma were present there
Ashwini: How things went Aastha? You were comfortable? If not you can tell us we can change the therapist...
Aastha: Aai relax everything was good. I didn't feel uncomfortable even for once because I had fire by my side. *she said while looking at Anurag with her pleasant smile*
Sonali (confused): Who's fire?
Aastha (excitedly): Oh you don't know Kaku I address Mr. Kapoor as Fire!!
Omkar: What?? you can call him Anurag. *made obvious face*
Aastha: No I feel something different while calling him by his name that's why Fire. *she said while explaining them like a child*
