Recap:

Pakhi and Karishma's baby shower, Aastha and Anurag fulfill parents' responsibility on behalf of Karishma's parents.

Let's Start!!!

As Aastha leaned back into Anurag's chest, feeling the warmth of his embrace, Mohit still clung to her, his arms tightly wrapped around her in a brotherly hug. Aastha gently rubbed Mohit's back, trying to soothe him, though her own mind was filled with nerves. The sound of two sweet but commanding voices broke the moment, pulling everyone's attention.

Paras- Rupal, Jasleen-Gagan.

Female 1: Anurag, dikra.

Female 2: Anurag, Putr.

Attention shifted to the ladies, Anurag's face lit up on seeing them, Aastha and Mohit broke the hug, Anurag made sure Aastha stood properly on her feet, he moved towards the ladies.

Anurag touched their feet as a gesture of respect and hugged them, "Mami, Bua, you came!!"

Paras-Rupal: Anurag's Mama & Mami-Maternal uncle and aunt.

Jasleen-Gagan: Anurag's Bua & Phupha-Paternal uncle and aunt.

"Of course, Ninad bhai invited us so we have to come by any means," came the firm voice of Rupal, his mami, her words carrying the weight of expectation and tradition.

"Anurag, putr, she is right and we missed you.," echoed Jasleen, his bua, her voice carrying the same intensity, though with a slight affectionate lilt.

Their eyes were slightly moist. Anurag hugged his bua tightly.

Anurag: I miss you too bua.

By now Aastha's hand was paining slightly, Rohit was by her side he made her wear the sling pouch again to support her hand.

Aastha (nervously): Rohit, they are Fire's uncle and Aunt?

Rohit: Yes ma'am.

Pakhi called Aastha. Aastha stood beside Pakhi.

Aastha (concerned): Vahini, what's wrong? Are you okay? Are you feeling pain? Wait, I'll call Advik with my bag.

Pakhi (smiles): Aastha beta, I'm good. Meet my parents Aai-baba meet Aastha my Nanad (sister-in-law).

Aastha (softly): Namaste, Uncle, Aunty. It's so wonderful to meet you.

She touched their feet. Pakhi's parents, who heard so much about Aastha's caring nature, smiled warmly in return. Pakhi's mother, a kind-hearted woman with a loving gaze, stepped forward. They were holding Aastha's hand gently.

Vaishali: Namaste, beta. We've heard such lovely things about you from Pakhi. It feels like we already know you.

Her words, laced with sincerity, immediately put Aastha at ease. She felt the warmth in the older woman's voice, and the slight pressure of her hand was comforting. Aastha's eyes twinkled as she responded.

Aastha: Thank you, Aunty. Pakhi Vahini talks so much about you both. I've been looking forward to meeting you for a long time.

Pakhi's father, a man of few words but with a discerning eye, observed Aastha quietly. He appreciated how respectful and poised she was. After a moment, he stepped forward, offering a small smile.
