Jealousy - Chapter 28

Weeks after she got home, Kai was teaching Elizabeth the witch things such as spells and how to say them. People became suspicious on what he teaches her. Elizabeth doesn't mind at all as long she was getting lessons on being a witch. Bonnie and Lee tried to offer her lessons but she declined. Some of the time her friends finds her buying him a drink to their surprise. Kai even put a spell around them so no one can overhear the conversations they shared.

One evening, everyone was in the grill. Damon, Alaric and Enzo at the bar, Stefan, Jeremy and Tyler was at the pool table and Caroline, Elena, Bonnie and Lee was at a table chatting. Elizabeth soon entered the grill. Damon wanted to talk to her but he couldn't yet. Bonnie and Lee walked up to her.

Elizabeth: Hey Bonnie. Hey Lee.

Bonnie/Lee:  Hey

Bonnie: Would you like to come over to the table with us?

Elizabeth: I would love too but I meeting someone. Maybe some other time.

Lee: Oh Okay. It's best to ask anyway.

Elizabeth: Yeah. See you later.

Bonnie and Lee walked back to their seats and they all waited for the certain someone to walk in. Kai soon entered, kissing her on the cheek. Damon tried to keep cool as Kai did that and walked to another table together. Minutes later, Elizabeth walked to the bar for Kai's drink and hers. "Matt, can I have one glass of bourbon and one glass of lemonade with ice please", she asked. Matt nods and get the drinks. "Hi Elizabeth", Damon said. "Oh, hi Damon", she replied back. "I was wondering if I could see you Thursday", he asked. "I can't Damon. I got my witch lessons on that day", she replied when Matt walked back with the drinks. "Maybe some other time Damon, bye", she said paying for the drinks and walking back to Kai who was smiling. Damon got slightly angry. Alaric and Enzo tried to get him to sit back down and forget about it but they knew he will ignore them as he still have feelings for her. 

"Here is your drink Kai", she said placing it down with hers. She sat opposite him. They started to have a conversation. Just seeing Elizabeth smiling at whatever Kai was saying to her was making Damon's heart in pain and sadness. They practically finished their drinks and Damon had enough of them talking to each other so he stormed over to them and everyone else looked whilst Alaric and Enzo figure out how to get him away from there. Kai un done the spell so everyone can hear. "Yes Damon?", she asked looking at him whilst getting up from her seat like Kai was. "I need to see you this week", Damon said. "When can I see Damon this week?", she wondered a loud. "You can see him tomorrow evening", Kai suggested. "good idea", she said smiling towards Kai. "I see you tomorrow evening Damon", she said. "Elizabeth can I have a private word with you", Damon asked. "When?", she asked. "Now", he replied. "I got to go Damon", she said. Elizabeth and Kai left the grill together. Damon was about to follow them in anger but Alaric and Enzo took him home instead. 

Elizabeth didn't feel well. Kai placed his arm around her waist to keep her standing and suggested to go back to his hotel room so he can check what was wrong with her. Her legs started to go weak so Kai done a little spell to make her fall asleep and he carried her to his hotel room, bridal style.

It was the next day, Elizabeth wasn't feeling good at all. Kai asked about Damon. Elizabeth told him to bring her phone to her and she will sort it out. He gave Elizabeth her phone and decided to ring Bonnie and then Damon. First of all, she called Bonnie hoping she understands.

Elizabeth: Hey Bonnie

Bonnie: Hey Elizabeth

Elizabeth: Sorry, I didn't come home last night
