Klaus! - Chapter 35

- Elizabeth's P.O.V -
Klaus gave me a feeling that drawing me into him but I knew I couldn't fall for him so easy. "Well love, where shall we start?", he asked as he sat down and smirked lightly at me. I stood in front of him and crossed my arms. "How about... when I leave this place?", I asked. He raised his eyebrow and chuckled a little. "Haven't you forgotten what I said earlier", he said. I rolled my eyes and replied back, "Me staying?", oh I forgot that already. My mind said to go means I should leave this place". Klaus smiled as I spoke and stood up. I noticed we were inches away from each other, so I took a step back for safety.

Klaus was happy to have me in the same room as him.  He looked at me as I sighed and sat back on the bed. I turn to look at him. I knew I couldn't give into him and talk about the times we were together. He kidnapped me and I feel that I shouldn't be here.. in this same room as him. Kol probably wondering where I am and maybe Bonnie, Lee and even Damon possibly wondering where I am. I haven't talk to him since the little problem with his brother. I wonder what they doing right now. "Tell me, what are you thinking love or shall I find out for myself?", Klaus asks looking at me with a grin. I looked at him and gave him a look saying, 'seriously'. I just wanted freedom and I knew Klaus wasn't going to give that to me that easily. I sat down and started to think of ideas how to get out of this place and find the friends and the man I want.

Elizabeth looked over at Klaus and noticed he was smiling once again. She rolled her eyes as notices. "I know why you are smiling Klaus", she says looking at him. "You do?...Well I don't think you know, love", he says back and she shot him a glare. She squints her eyes and then gives Klaus the answer she thought was right. "I bet you are smiling for no reason", she said and giggles a little. He looks at Elizabeth and chuckles. "I actually did do it for a reason", he spoke as he stood up. She swallowed thickly and  tried not to look worried. Klaus walked up to her and says, "I found my treasure that I lost a long time ago". Elizabeth moves away a little and started to regret thinking the wrong answer. He took a few steps closer. "You do know what was the treasure or should I tell you?", he asked smirking a little. She tried to act confident and answers, "What about you tell me Klaus? I bet you have many treasures that you have lost back then".  He chuckles lightly and takes a few more steps closer to her. "It's ... you", he spoke softly. She felt shivers slide down her spine. She shakes it away and moves further away from him. "If I was your treasure, how about you kidnap me all for yourself instead getting your stupid hybrids to do your dirty work", she said and notices she has wiped his smile off his face or at least for now.

"Someone's has a lot of confidence in her voice but ... not in the way she moves", Klaus said as he moves closer to her. Elizabeth knew he was right but she put a brave attitude on and she knew she needed to stop being scared of Klaus coming near to her, so she puts a stop to it. Once he reached her, she lifted up her arms and pushed him away. "You were saying something", she said. Klaus smirked and walked up to her again. Then got pushed away again but a little further back. His smirk was gone but hers appeared. "Stopping moving near me Klaus, you will only get pushed away", she says. "Someone is getting feisty", he spoke. "You like that don't you Klaus. Oh wait, I'm not your type and I, Elizabeth is not your treasure", she says smiling.  Klaus smiled at what she said as he was quite impressed. "You are my treasure, love", he says but she glared at him saying 'as if'. 

"Klaus don't you realise. I am not your treasure. I was just someone you took a fancy to. So how about I go and find my love and you find yours ", Elizabeth moved towards the door. Klaus places his hand on the door stopping her from leaving and said, "Actually Elizabeth you are my treasure as you were someone special in my life and you never left my thoughts", he spoke. She stopped and looked at him. "Yes I did take a fancy to you back then and the feeling has came back when I saw you but I couldn't shouldn't show my true feelings in front of my siblings", he said. "You was scared on showing your true feelings? You scared of your own siblings? ... This is new.. especially coming from you", she said feeling a little shocked from his words. "I'm not scared of them, just didn't want to show how I feel so quick otherwise they think their would be something wrong with me", he says. "You wanted them to keep thinking that you are strong, powerful man who is king of New Orleans and hybrids", she said sarcastically.  He looks down slightly and smiles a little. She looks at him waiting for him to talk.

 - Elizabeth's P.O.V -

Klaus looks at me. I decided to speak as he wasn't. "So, are you going to answer me or should I leave and get on with my life?", I ask and cross my arms looking at him. He looks down for a second and then back with made my heart flutter. My heart was falling for his flirty tricks but I wasn't . Then all of a sudden Klaus hands grab hold of the sides of my arms a bit tight and pushes me against the wall. My breath stops then continues after a couple of minutes. "What was that for Klaus?", I ask looking at him angry. "Elizabeth", he growled quietly. "What's wrong Mr hybrid of New Orleans did I hurt your feelings?", I ask a little louder then I did before. He was close to my face and my heart was pounding like a drum but I have feelings ...but .. not for him. Part of me wanted to kiss him but I to resist the feeling and ignored it.

"Elizabeth, If I show my love side, people who hate me would use you as bait or capture you to get what they want from me", he says quietly. "Wouldn't protect me from them Klaus, would you let them take me away from you then you would fight back?", I ask him.  "I wouldn't let anyone touch or hurt you", he replies softly.  "You shouldn't be so scared or are you afraid they would joke about it?", I questioned him. "Knowing Kol, he would be angry, Elijah and Rebekah would probably keep using you in a conversation in one way or another", he answer back. I raised my eyebrows in surprise on what he says. "Elizabeth...", he breathes closely to me. My heart was now going a little crazy and I try to breathe to calm it down. It was working but only a little. "K-Klaus, what are you doing?", I managed to ask. Our eyes connect and my breathe tries to stay normal. "I need to.. show you ", he whispers to himself. I was confused. "Show me what?", I ask.  "This", Klaus whispers and the smashed his lips into mine.
