Life Saver - Chapter 30

Damon really missed Elizabeth so much. He cared for her like close friends, thought about her a lot like he was having feelings for her but the truth was... he did fall for Elizabeth. She has stolen his heart.

- Damon's P.O.V -

I wish Elizabeth sees me. Damn it! I love her too much, it's literally hurting me. It's already enough pain seeing my ex, Elena looking at me wishing I was hers again but I simply don't love her anymore. Elizabeth is the girl, I love,I want, I need ... right now. Her eyes, her beautiful smile, that great personality of hers, lovely brown hair which I love putting my fingers through. I thought that Elena was my greatest love but once Elizabeth appeared into my life, my whole life changed for me. She... somehow.. grew on me. Them things she did for me and that way she backed me up and that time she sang to me. All those wonderful memories which I kept deeply in my mind that I always treasure. I wish I had her in my arms and spend time together but ever since Kai shown up he keeping her away from which isn't fair. I had enough. I need to tell her how I feel. 'Cause honestly I don't know what am I going to do without her now. She made me feel more cheerful and always had time for me expect when she is ill or a quick mini visits to friends which I sometimes help either dropping her to a place or picking her up from the place.

Elizabeth owns my heart, no one else.

- Elizabeth's P.O.V -

Gosh, I love these witch lessons that Kai is teaching me but Damon seems down which is making me worried. Should I talk to him? .... Maybe I need some time off and talk to him. It might help him cheer up because I don't want any of my friend feeling down and sad. I don't know why I am thinking about him lately. I wish I knew what's going on in his crazy mind of his. As I really need to know and maybe I should listen to my friends. I need to tell Kai that I need some days off.

I decide to call Kai and tell him.

Elizabeth: Kai?

Kai: Yes, Elizabeth?

Elizabeth: I've been thinking about ...

Kai: When are we going to do our lessons? ... Because I have planned it for us.

Elizabeth: No

Kai: ...What is it then?

Elizabeth: Is it alright to have some days off ?

Kai: You want some days off?

Elizabeth: Yes, is that a problem?

Kai: ... *snarls* ....

Elizabeth: Kai?

Kai: *hangs up*

Weird, Kai hung up on me. Oh no. I think he's mad...why though, I just asked for a few days off, what's wrong with that.

All of a sudden, there was a loud, heavy knock at Elizabeth's door. She looked through the window and noticed an angry looking Kai waiting. She opened the door slightly. He pushed the door open and locking it behind him. Elizabeth was now scared, she quickly left Damon a text for help. "You want some days off?", he asked slightly growling. Elizabeth swallowed hard and nodded saying, "Yes".  "You shouldn't have days off, you need to practise!", he exclaimed. Elizabeth took a deep breathe and said, "We have already practised a lot for many weeks now, Kai. I only wanted a few days off. There shouldn't be a problem with that".

Kai used a spell holding her against a wall as tears rolled down her cheeks. "Why are you doing this, Kai?", she asked trying to stay strong. Then there was a knock at the door. Kai kept hold of her against the wall keeping quiet thinking that whoever is at the door will go away but they didn't.

The door bust open there was Bonnie and Lee with someone else. Elizabeth weakly smiled hearing them coming for her rescue. Bonnie and Lee used their spells against Kai. He dropped Elizabeth without thinking and she blacked out. A male vampire speeded to get her. He lifted her up and speeded off her with her in his arms, holding her closely to his body whilst Bonnie and Lee uses spells against Kai.

Elizabeth groans in pain feeling every bit of pain like lightning. The vampire man laid her down on his comfy bed. He sat on the bed next to her and caressed her cheek, looking at her in sadness to see her like this. He walked out of the room to grab a towel and wetted it. He came back moving her on his lap lightly dapping her neck where was redness where Kai took hold her tightly and her arms which had a few bruises and a couple of cuts.

- Elizabeth's P.O.V -

I groaned in pain trying to get up. I kept blacking out very few minutes as I feel so weak. All I keep thinking was who was the man saved me. I couldn't clearly see who it was but all I all I know I am safe. Why does Kai have a problem with me having a few days off. Gosh, he needs to calm down a lot.
