When Jasmin woke up it was 8 in the morning. She took a cold shower and got ready for ballet. She ate breakfast and walked out the door with her dad. They arrived just on time. Her dad opened the car door for her and walked with Jasmin.
The outside of the dance studio looked welcoming. She saw a big sign on the wall. It was bright pink and said Katty's Dance Studio. Jasmin saw a flower bed in front of the studio. It had the most beautiful lilies she's ever seen. She resisted the urge to pick at least one and take it with her. Her parents had always talked about trying lilies as a food, but Jasmin denied it every time because they just were too pretty to eat.
She walked in and was hit with a soothing lavender scent.

She looked around, admiring the pictures of dancers until she heard a high pitched, squeaky, bubbly voice. "Hello! Do you need help?", the lady behind the desk said. Jasmin's dad talked with her.
She had platinum blonde, wavy hair with dark roots. She had wide bright blue eyes. She seemed around 40. Her makeup was cakey and she had too much blush on. Her teeth were super straight and pearly white.
She had a big smile and her lipstick was hot pink. Jasmin read people like a book. She always noticed tiny things about them. The way they talk, how they carry themselves, their habits, etc. The lady behind the desk had on an overpowering floral scent to her.
Jasmin completely zoned out while her dad talked with that lady. "Hiii! I'm Miss. Katty! We can't wait to start teaching you!

What's your name, pretty lady?", Miss. Katty said. She talked pretty loud since it was quiet besides the music from one of the dance rooms.
"Jasmin," she said quietly. "Such a pretty name, so I want you two to go to room 3. It's the second room to the left in that hall.", Miss Katty said, pointing to a hallway. At this point, people started to walk in.
Jasmin and her dad walked into room 3. Right away she felt the vibes. She didn't have a good feeling about the room. It felt dark considering the room was awfully bright. The air felt heavy and cold. The room was clean but there was a faint smell of bleach. There were a few people in the room already, but they seemed very distant from reality.

"Dad, I don't have a good feeling about this room," Jasmin whispered. "It's fine, sweetie," her dad whispered back. After a few minutes there were around ten girls her age and their parents. Miss Katty walked into the room with three other women.
"Hello everyone! You girls are here because your dancing and technique is extraordinary. All of your parents have shown a video of you dancing and I am in awe; you girls are extremely talented and I may have only seen around six minutes worth of footage of all of you. but six minutes is a lot in dance," Miss Katty said with a bright plastered smile across her face from ear to ear.
After a bit of talking, all of the parents exited the room. They began their first class. The class was normal, nothing wrong with it, but the room felt so eery and empty. It ended after an hour.
