Axelle was talking to Copher. She admitted that she liked Ellington. They kept talking until their new Techne teacher walked behind them and saw Ellington's photo.
"Hey, that's Ellington, right? You like him?"
"Uhmm... Yeah."
"He's my student before. He was so little compared to now; he looks more mature."
"I agree, he even looks different now."
Their teacher simpered and asked her, "What do you like about Ellington?"
Copher just guffawed.
"Uhmm... I don't know."
"What do you mean you don't know?"
"It's just... I really don't know. I couldn't explain it."
They kept talking about Ellington until Jace, Rhiane, and Treyton came back and told Axelle that they saw Ellington in their room (it was a joke). Axelle believed them, and they guffawed at it.
One time, she kept waiting for Ellington to come until her teacher talked to her.
She thought, It seems like she wanted me to do something. Maybe I should just leave without her noticing it.
She saw Jace was coming near them, so she slowly walked away so Jace would do something the teacher had been asking for.
"Wait, here it is. Just give it to him, okay?" The teacher handed her a paper.
Axelle felt perplexed by what her teacher said, "Just give it to him," then she saw it was a certificate for Ellington.
She felt so thrilled and screamed at them, while Rhiane and Ashley were confused by her.
She told them what happened, then handed them the paper, and they were both thrilled as well. Jace just felt nothing.
"We will come with you, okay?"
"I don't think I would have it today; I'm not ready yet."
"We'll come with you. Come on, just give it to him. Don't lose the chance," Ashley said.
"She's right. Every time you have a chance, you keep pushing it away. This is it."
"Ugh, I don't know."
Everyone was confused by it and they told them about it.
During recess time, they found Ellington's room. They were so supportive to her; a lot of her classmates came with her.
Axelle felt perplexed when she saw there were so many people.
"Wait... Why are there so many of us? I thought it was just the three of us."
Ashley said, "Just let them. They want to come with you. They want to see who this Ellington is."
They kept searching until they finally found it. Axelle felt really jittery that her hands were shaking.
"I think he isn’t here, guys."
Ashley asked one of Ellington's classmates where he was. His classmate said he was just in their room. Then she asked Ellington to come outside.
Her classmates kept teasing her while she was so jittery waiting for him. She was so cold, cold like a dead person, and seemed so paranoid.
Ellington came out of their room and approached Axelle.
Everyone just looked at them and simpered.
Axelle handed him the paper.
"Uhmm... What is that?" Ellington asked and took the paper.
