After Yashiro leaves the school's infirmary for class, Tsuchigomori huffs in frustration as he sees Amane on the white cot.

Several minutes later...

Tsuchigomori was deadpanning yet emotionless. "You've been going thru a lot...You have a weird little brother...living with your mother and father...You made a friend at the beach...The same girl who got transferred here not long ago...Yugi...You and Miss Yashiro got along...That was good I think...Despite the difficulties that you two have faced together...You did really good on your apple cinnamon muffins by the way...Perhaps third time was the charm after all..." He mentioned as he placed the moistening white towel on Amane's bared upper legs.

The amber-eyed boy was embarrassed as his face flushed up a bright red.

Amane had a white blanket on himself. It concealed most of his body except his legs.

The boy with black choppy hair's black pants was left on the edge of the bed.

Amane stared up at the science teacher.

The amber-eyed boy took a deep breath. "I can't thank you enough for this, Mister Tsuchigomori." He whispers as although he was still embarrassed as heck.

Tsuchigomori made his slight smile. "You make a mistake anytime, anywhere, Mister Yugi...It isn't too late to learn from it..." He stated as he taught him a new lesson.

Amane was puzzled at him. "Should I have learned it sooner...even if I spilled my udon on my lap last night?" He wonders.

Tsuchigomori sighs in frustration. "It might be hard to when you're in a shocking situation." He replies.

And then, Tsuchigomori was deadpanned yet annoyed. "Mister Yugi..." He said softly.

Tsuchigomori glared at him as Amane was startled by the science teacher. "What the heck! You weren't ready to see Miss Yashiro! She came to me anyway! So I was stalling her with questions until you're ready to talk to her! You told me that your father lost his job! You asked me for help about the situation of moving to Hokkaido! Again, it's not my place to say anything about it! I had to ask Miss Yashiro about her hand! I just can't believe that was from a cat! Your pet cat bit her! Chiyo didn't bite me when I met your cat, Yugi Amane! Back in the home economics classroom, three! Three attempts that you and Miss Yashiro had to rebake your darn muffins! I hate to break it to you! The granny smith apples are made to be baked in a pie! Not in the muffins! But they're still good though! And then, the shoe lockers commotion in the morning! You should have talked to me! Yet you stayed with Miss Yashiro! Like you're trying to be a hero here! What in the world!" He argued as he was venting to the only student he knew.

And ultimately, Tsuchigomori furrowed his eyebrows. "What in the world am I going to do with you?!" He growled in his inquiry.

Amane was scared and skeptical at the same time. "Mister Tsuchigomori, is it just me or are you seriously stressed from work?" He asks.

Amane made his small frown. "Because you do get riled up when things don't go as you expect." He perceived.

Tsuchigomori facepalms himself as he was snorting with his muttering voice.

No answer from Tsuchigomori.

Amane let out his deep sigh. "My dad did got another job yesterday. But this one is temporary." He mentions.

Tsuchigomori was deadpanning yet astonished. "Really?" He wondered.

Amane nodded his head once. "Yeah, really." He replied.

Tsuchigomori crisscrossed his arms. "How long will your father be getting his actual job permanently?" He asked.

Amane plays around with the corner of the white blanket. "Three months or more." He answered.

Tsuchigomori took a deeper breath. "As long as your father gets his permanent job, you don't have to worry about moving to Hokkaido." He uttered.

Amane made his sad smile at him. "Thank you, Mister Tsuchigomori." He said.

Tsuchigomori pats his head a few times.

Meanwhile in the school's hallway...

The magenta-eyed girl recalls back what Amane said earlier.

Yashiro gets beaming that she heard that the amber-eyed boy's father did got another job again.

Yashiro was joyful that Amane doesn't have to move to Hokkaido.
