On the next stage later, the setting takes place in the home of the friar. Amane greets the vermilion-eyed boy in the brown robe.

The vermilion-eyed boy was puzzled. "Good son, how come you are not in bed last night at home?" He asked.

Amane was happy. "Father, I had seen the lady with my both eyes last night. My heart has been set to my one true love." He answered.

Kaede was glad at Amane. "That is good news, son. Putting Rosaline behind you and be with your new girl." He beamed.

And then, Kaede raises his right eyebrow. "Tell me, Romeo, who is this lady that you're falling in love with?" He wondered.

Amane clasps his hands together. His amber eyes has twinkling stars. "The beautiful daughter of the Capulet, Juliet." He replied.

Kaede was stunned at Amane. Kaede's eyes are completely white.

Amane let out his deep sigh. "We met, wooed and made exchange of vow. I will tell you when we meet again. But I must pray for hope. Father, I beg for your forgiveness than permission. Though it's more of your permission that you marry us today." He urged.

Kaede becomes dismayed. "Oh Saint Francis!" He screamed.

Amane made his awkward smile. "Father, I pray for you not to scold me." He stated.

And then, Kaede became joyful. "There now, Romeo. You have my permission and my respect. I will do it for only one thing. What an alliance it would be. When you and Juliet are married, the two households will cease this infernal feud." He uttered.

Amane and Kaede left the stage to the right.

The audience are applauding for the scene.

On the next stage later, in the street set, Kou and Lemon are annoyed for one reason.

Kou looks at Lemon. "Where the blazes is Romeo? Is he home at all last night, Benvolio?" He asks.

Lemon shook his head. "Lord Montague hasn't seen his son last night. I speak to him myself." He answers.

Amane enters the stage from the right side of it.

Kou and Lemon turned around to face Amane.

The amber-eyed boy was delighted. "Good morrow to you both, boys." He greeted as he waves his left hand.

Kou blinked his eyes twice at Amane in confusion.

The amber-eyed boy faces Kou. "Tell me, Mercutio, what did I give you from last night? Anything interesting?" He wonders as he tilts his head to his right.

Kou was not amused. "The slip, Romeo, you gave me a slip." He replies.

Amane took a deep breath. "Pardon for this, Mercutio. My business was wonderful in fact." He said.

Kou made his skeptical smile at Amane. "Why, Romeo, do I see a change from you today?" He inquired.

And then, Kou squinted his blue eyes. "Back then, you were all moping over Rosaline. And now, you're seemingly in a different person. Like you just met an angel last night." He speculated.

Shijima entered the stage from the left side of it.

Kou turns around as he detected someone coming. The blond-haired boy was confident. "Good morrow, gentlewoman." He greets.

The blue-and-green-eyed girl was perplexed at the group. "Gentlemen, can any of you tell me where I could find, Romeo of the Montague?" She asked.

Amane was confused at her. The amber-eyed boy stepped forward six times. "I am the youngest of this name which you seek." He answered.

Shijima stares at Amane. "If you are Romeo, I have come and wish to talk to you." She insisted.

Amane glanced at Kou. "Mercutio, I have to go to talk with this woman." He mentioned.

Amane looks at Shijima. "I will go with you." He agreed.

Kou waved his right hand at her as he leaves. "Farewell, good lady." He said.

Kou and Lemon left the stage to the right.

The brown-haired girl let out a sigh. "First, let me say this to you, Romeo. If you bring her to the foolish world as they speak of, it will be a disgusting kind of behavior." She vented.

Amane lifts up his right hand to stop her. The amber-eyed boy became resolute. "I protest of this sort of thing." He objected.

And then, Amane made his heartfelt smile. "I love Juliet with my heart and soul. Good gentlewoman, I ask you to bring the fair lady to the confession this afternoon. There, I will be in Friar Lawrence's cell, where she shall be shrived. Tell my love, I will treat her with kindness and care as I pray to be her husband." He requested.

Shijima surveys around before facing Amane. The brown-haired girl made her slight smile. "I will tell Juliet. And I'll be sure that she will be there." She accepted.

Amane and Shijima leaves the stage to the left.

The audience applauded.
