Chapter 11: Raphael's Heartache

Krang gave Shredder the portable portal projector device he had mentioned. It looked like a small remote control. When you pressed the button, you could teleport to the Technodrome or any other point on Earth through a portal. Since Krang's arrival on Earth, he had been able to communicate with Dimension X but he haven't gone there. Krang invented a large device which can open a portal to Dimension X. Only this large device could open a Interdimensional portal.

Krang: Saki, if there's an emergency, open a portal with this device and teleport to the Technodrome immediately. Don't forget to press the button again after teleporting to close the portal.
Shredder: I got it, Krang. Your invention is very useful indeed.
Krang: It's nice to be appreciated. We can't let those blasted turtles, Splinter and Agent O'Neil shut down our operation again.
Shredder: That's right, Krang. I believe that this time we shall accomplish your goal. Krang: I hope so my old friend.

A few days passed, April was staying at her own house again. After work, April went to the turtles' lair again. The turtles and Agent April O'Neil were planning to raid Shredder's hideout. April would get help from the police again. For this reason, she asked the turtles to come in disguise again. Raphael was extremely angry at Shredder for trying to kill April. Leonardo was aware of this situation and was trying to calm Raphael down. When April went to her house and they were alone, Leonardo went to Raphael's room. He knocked on the door.

Raphael: Whoever you are, come in. Leonardo comes in.
Raphael: What happened, Leo?Leonardo: I know you're extremely angry at Shredder. Even though you didn't tell me, I can guess why.
Raphael: What do you mean!
Leonardo: That's not the point, Raph. You're strong and a good fighter, but you need to control your anger. This doesn't help anyone. It doesn't help April either.
Raphael: I don't understand why you're talking about April now.
Leonardo: I think you know exactly what I mean Raph. Good night.

   Leonardo leaves the room and goes to his own room. The next night, the Turtles go to Shredder's hideout with April O'Neil. Gwen is working on her laptop. Shredder is alone in his office. He is sipping his whiskey with his feet up, his mask off, and watching TV. Bebop and Rocksteady are playing cards in another room. Tatsu is training the foot soldiers. The foot soldiers on duty are waiting at the door. The turtles and April silently go to  Shredder's hideout. Gwen is working on her laptop at the time. When Gwen looks up, she sees the turtles and April in front of her. Gwen is shocked but keeps her calm and presses the alarm under her desk. Soon the Foot soldiers and Shredder enter and the fight begins. While the Foot soldiers are fighting the turtles, April comes to Gwen and takes the laptop. Gwen takes the laptop back from April and knocks her out with a punch. April was not expecting this. April's lip is bleeding.

April: You are on Shredder's side. Gwen: Go away.

April attacks Gwen but Gwen beats her.

Gwen: You can never defeat me... April: Shredder is a psychopath. He is the real enemy. You are on the wrong side, Dr. Miller.
Gwen: I am not going to learn what is wrong and what is right from you!!
April: You are collaborating with that maniac and you call yourself a scientist?
Gwen: Shut up. 

   Gwen is kicking April's ass. Shredder sees this and laughs evilly. Finally, someone is kicking annoying April O'Neil's ass. The Turtles immediately come to save April. Donatello kicks Gwen and knocks her down. Donatello lifts April off the ground. Meanwhile, Raphael makes his move on Shredder. Shredder blocks his hits one by one. While Shredder is fighting Raphael, Leonardo takes his Katana and moves towards Shredder. Leonardo's aim is to cut off his head. Realizing this, Gwen takes the katana which is belongs to one of the foot soldiers lying on the ground. Gwen feels very bad at that moment. No, She can't let the turtle cut off Shredder's head. Gwen swings her katana at Leonardo with all her strength and saves Shredder.
