Upon meeting up with Javi and Scott after exiting the store, Fallon noticed they were watching Kate from afar. She was chatting with Tyler Owens and another older gentleman who had a camera hanging around his neck.

Though it wasn't long before Kate came rushing back over with an air of confidence that wasn't there before.

"Talk to us," Javi said as she gave him the tablet. Fallon ended up taking CJ's leash back, scratching behind his floppy ear as he was being quite the patient boy.

"We want the cells to the west," Kate told him.

Scott lifted a brow. "Uh, the one to the east has much better numbers."

"No," Kate shook her head. "Conditions don't feel right. Cap is too strong. It'll never break."

"You heard her. Let's move." Javi said, returning Scott's tablet. Scott flashed a fake smile as Javi faced the team. "All right. Let's move, fellas."

"Guess we're listening to the dandelions now." Scott muttered while putting his earpiece in.

"Mother nature works in mysterious ways," Fallon sighed while patting his arm.

A row of StormPAR vehicles entered a nearby wind farm, tracking the western tornado that wasn't very far from the gas station—apparently there were two of them. Fallon had missed the conversation while chatting with Boone inside the store.

At the moment, she was on her phone, searching up Tyler Owens' YouTube channel... for research purposes.

By this point, she'd learned the names of all his crew members and each of their specialties. She even saw that they were currently on live, but chose against joining as she felt like she'd be cheating on the competition.

"What did the tornado cowboy have to say?" Javi questioned, gripping the wheel with both hands.

"Exactly what you'd expect," Kate said as if it was an obvious answer. Then she looked out the windshield at the dark clouds forming. "Oh, updraft is cycling."

She analyzed the data shown on the computer before pointing ahead. "Okay, let's take a right up here."

Javi's truck was the line-leader among the team, so when he made a sharp turn, the rest of the vehicles followed suit.
