Liam could've sworn he saw a pretty golden glow in Gabriel's eyes when he looked over at him during lunch. He also could've sworn he saw a new kid sitting next to Silas when they grouped together for lunch, since it was that time of the week again.
"Who's this Silas?" Raymond asked, casually. "This is Edward." Silas replied, a slight shocked look in his amber eyes. "Like in your story?" Liam asked in disbelief. Silas nodded. "What story?" Edward asked. "I told my friends about our meeting." Silas explained as he looked down at his lunch. "Nobody believed me."
Edward chuckled. "Naga's aren't real Silas. You're sixteen." He said before leaning in closer to whisper something that Liam couldn't understand. "I guess so." Silas replied aloud once Edward was done being mysterious. Something told Liam that this wasn't something he should be asking about.
"What did you say?" Samuel asked. "Leave it alone Sam!" Liam replied. "Edward was probably whispering for a reason. It's not our business. If they want to tell us, than they'll tell us when they're ready." Samuel rolled his eyes. "Party pooper." Liam ignored him.
"Look what the cat dragged in." A familiar voice commented. Liam groaned as he tried to hide his face in his hands and pretend he wasn't there. He knew whose voice that was.
That was Gabriel's voice.
