Tony's POV

The kid will be surprised. Aunt hottie had to leave town for a business trip so he was staying with me for a while.

We all sit in the living room ready for him to come home from school when we hear the elevator ring.

We all scramble up excitedly as he walks in, but our happy faces and smiles are quickly replaced with frowns and worry because Peter walks in with a black eye, a split lip, and tear tracks running down his cheeks as he looks to the floor. Before we can say anything he walks to his room and slams the door. We hear something hit the wall and muffled screams and curses.

I quickly go to his room to help quickly followed by everyone else.

When we slowly open the door Peter's phone is on the ground crushed, there's a dent in the wall, and Peter is beating up his chair muttering curses.

I immediately grab his shoulders trying to snap him out of it.

Tony, Underoos! Pete! PETER!

He looks up at me tear tracks on his red face.

Peter, M-Mr. Stark?

Tony, I'm here kid now tell me what's wrong.

He looks away crying again as he shoves the news of his laptop into me.

I read the news article.

'A cemetery will be destroyed to make a new mall this weekend read to find out more updates'

I look at him confused.

Peter, U-uncle B-Ben, My parents, and G-Gwen are all buried there. He stutters out still crying.

My heart shatters.

Everyone immediately hugs him thinking about how and who would do something so fucking heartless.

The next day......

Peter goes to school before everyone wakes up.

They decide to follow him to see what's going on at school. Just to make sure he was ok.

Everything was normal as the secretly watched him through the cameras Tony easily hacked into.

Until the end of the day when he gets shoved into a locker by some guy. Tony turns up the audio.

'Hey Penis! Aren't you glad I got my dad to destroy your families resting place? Huh? Demolition will be done in two weeks and we'll all finally be rid of your personal eye sore'. And then I can dance in the mall on top of them I can't wait! he laughed at his broken and defeated look as he punches him before leaving seeming proud of himself.

Everyone around him either laughs not wanting to be Flash's next victim or looks at him with sympathy. To most of them that was a low blow even for Flash.

The Avengers all gasp in horror as they see Peter look so broken. He never looks this defeated and that's saying something for Peter. Who was this motherfucker!?

We question him when he gets home but he just mumbles the name Eugene Thompson and something about to not kill him pretty please.

He goes to his room.

Meanwhile Tony is scheduling a surprise for Peter. He can easily overpower the Thompsons into giving up on destroying the graveyard.
