SHRIMPO'S POV~

Goob was so cute... Sitting there solving a puzzle. It was a rather simple one, but he seemed to not be hurrying.

"Really enjoying that puzzle, huh?" I walked over to him and noticed he was also occasionally eating a piece of chocolate that i gave him.

"It's pretty! Look at the clouds!" Said Goob, truly captivated by the unfinished piece.

I sat next to him. Even though it was almost midnight, i didn't dare to interrupt him. In fact, Goob seemed so sleepy that his hands couldn't even hold the puzzle pieces up.

"I'm so tired..." Said Goob, yawning.

"You're free to go anytime. I'll be going to sleep now though."

I got up and walked over to my bed. Even with Goob in my room, it didn't take me long to doze off. Hopefully no nightmares tonight...

GOOB'S POV~

Shrimpo already fell asleep while i was still focusing on my puzzle. Was it past midnight? Time sure does fly...
I got up and my attention shifted back to Shrimpo. He was so adorable when he slept!

Scraps used to read me bedtime stories when we were younger, but after a while she forced me to sleep all by myself, in my own room, no stories! I miss having someone in my room.
I'm still scared that i could have a Twisted in my closet! Even with my nightlight!

I wonder though...
I crawled up to Shrimpo silently. He's tough! He probably slept alone ever since he was a tiny shrimp hatchling.
I turned off the lights in the room, which already made me a bit scared.
I blindly walked to Shrimpo's bed and sat on the edge. I found myself leaning towards him from my sleepiness.
I just gave in and laid next to Shrimpo. He was a heavy sleeper, for sure. No snores luckily.
I slowly pushed myself under the blanket next to him and snuggled up closer, falling asleep in the blink of an eye.
