GOOB'S POV~

I walked to Shrimpo's room anxiously. I kept rubbing the area where he bit me. Was he actually planning to hurt me? Did he really not care? I mean... He did this, but somehow it actually felt good in that moment....
I opened the door and let myself in. I saw Shrimpo laying on his couch. His arm was covered in bandages. It was from my bite...

"Heyyyy.... Shrimpo...."

"Good evening, Goob." Said Shrimpo, getting off his couch and passing by me on his way to the bed.

"So Scraps spoke to me yesterday...-"

"She spoke to me too." Shrimpo interrupted me.

"Ah... What did she tell you?" I asked cautiously.

"Probably the same thing she told you." Said Shrimpo in a nonchalant manner as he stretched.

"Right... Well..."

"And you believe her?" Asked Shrimpo.

"N.. well... I just... Not that i doubt you at all but you know..."

"Of course you believe her... Huh."

"No! I just... Is there any way for you... I... "

"What? Can't speak?" Said Shrimpo, slightly sassy.

I sighed. I didn't want to come off as offensive or as if I don't believe in Shrimpo's legitimacy. It was hard to put what i felt into words, but i kept trying.

"I want... Reassurance." I stuttered again, slightly scared that there's no way for me to get that.

"So proof. You want proof that i love you."

Hearing him say it again made my heart flutter, but this was definitely not the time for this. I recomposed myself and spoke again;

"I guess that's right... I mean... Only if it's possible. Not that I don't trust you!"

I kept stuttering in a mess and jumble of words. I didn't know how to communicate these kinds of things. I feared losing Shrimpo. Even if he didn't love me back for some reason, i still wouldn't be able to let go of him.

"Fine. I'll prove it, don't you fear."

My eyes lit up with hope.

"How?" I asked curiously.

"I'll have to ask you to let me prove it, though." said Shrimpo, seemingly unsure of himself.

"You can do anything! As long as it doesn't involve hurting me..."

"Wellllllllll...." Said Shrimpo, looking away.

"Does it involve that...?"

"In... In a good way!" Stuttered Shrimpo.

"Well... If it'll prove your... Feelings... Then I'll let you..."

I was a bit scared. How could proving your love involve pain? I definitely didn't want Scraps seeing me with any more bite marks. I already had to convince her that the one i had on my side was the result of a bird pecking me. And any... Visible wounds wouldn't be nice anyway...
