A smile stuck to my face as Nathan appeared from nowhere, helping me take my suitcase from the back of my car. "There you guys are." I turned to him and my father as he placed his coaching cap onto his head. "How'd it go?" I nervously questioned. They were late getting to the school because Nathan had an appointment with some apartment manager. "Theres still a few more applicants he has to go through but thanks to your dad; I think it went pretty good." Nathan smiled as the three of us started to walk across the parking lot. "That's good baby."

"God, do you remember the last away game?" Nathan chuckled while my eyes widened.
"What happened at the last game?" My father curiously questioned, making Nathan stutter.
"Right... I'm gonna go join Whitey and the other chaperones." My father gave us a weird look before walking off. "We are not having a repeat of the last away game." I pointed up at him as we stopped next to the bus. Someone calling my name made my head snap back.

"Peyton." I smiled, giving her a quick hug.
"This is my dad, dad this is, Whitney." She introduced us, I was a bit taken back as he gave me a hug but I quickly hugged him back.
'He is hot' I mouthed towards Peyton over his shoulder, earning a disappointing look from her.
"It's good to meet you Whitney, Peyton talks about you all the time." He smiled sweetly.
"Not all the time." Peyton quickly cut in.
"But you're like my only friend since... Brooke." She explained but she didn't need to.

I was neutral ground, I was there for both Brooke and Peyton. They both needed someone at this time and I wasn't there to judge.
"Nathan." He nodded towards Nathan who awkwardly nodded back. "I'm gonna go let the coaches know I'm here." He excused himself, leaving the three of us. "Remember the last away game?" Peyton chuckled as she bumped my hip.
"Why does everyone keep bringing that up!? You guys are going to jinx it." Though I don't think anything worse can happen than the last time.

Last away game consisted of drugs, fights, robbery's and car break downs but somehow it was still a good night.

Whitey's shouts made the three of us quickly turn, seeing him shout at Brooke. "Oh god, she will eat him alive." I sighed before rushing to her side. One thing Brooke Davis definitely doesn't play with is her cheer team, especially in this championship or whatever it was and just how her eye twitched up at him I could tell she was in fact about to bite his head off over some damn pompoms.

My father left whitey's side, pumping into my own. "Do something." He whispered as Brooke started to shout at Whitey. The fact that my father is so scared of teenage girls while having one himself was pretty funny. "What am I supposed-" As I turned my car keys jingled in my bag, turning on the light bulb in my brain.
"I'll take it." I offered up, making both of them go quiet. "What?" Whitey questioned, crossing his arms. "I can drive my car up behind the bus, all this can fit in there." I gestured to the cheer items. Whitey turned to my father, who quickly nodded his head. "For the love of god whitey, give the girl her way. Brooke Davis doesn't like no."
