season 2, episode 2

"Oh my god, where'd you're hair go!?" I shrieked teasingly as I approached Lucas, the both of us watching towards the school. "Your husband said the same thing." He rolled his eyes as he rubbed his hand against his blonde buzzcut. "Future husband." I corrected as I pointed my finger at him. "Right." He dragged out. "Got a date picked yet?" He questioned, earning a slight glare.

"No. I told him we can finger it out after we graduate... but I do kind of want a winter wedding." I explained, making him nod with a smile. "Yeah, I remember." He chuckled.
"Boy-friend to Brother-in-law." I scrunched my face up, it sounded so wrong but I guess it wasn't, only kind of morally. "Oh god, now I'll definitely never be able to get rid of you." He joked as he tossed his arm around my shoulder, earning a playful jab to the ribs.

"By the way... tonight, nine o'clock. Don't make plans." He spoke more serious, making my brows furrow. "Because...?" I dragged out, gesturing with my hand for him to continue. "Me and the girls are throwing you a party." He explained with a proud smile. "The girls and I." I corrected, earning a slight glare. "You're not a tutor anymore." He reminded me, making my shoulders drop. "But I do miss it." I shot back.

Sadly when I joined the cheer team my schedule for that and tutoring always were the same time, so I had to choose and though I did love tutoring, I also found a new love in cheering for my fiancée. "Anyways." He spoke as he pulled the school door open for me. "Right, thank you. Also why is the Brooke-Peyton-Lucas love triangle throwing me a party and since when did they like you again?" I rambled off, sending him a confused look.

"You missed a lot when while you were moving into your new apartment but I'm sure they'll tell you all about it and it's an engagement party." He answered, making me slightly pout. "You're so sweet Lucas Eugene Scott." He truly was my best-friend. "Okay, I hate you." He quickly turned around but I grabbed his arm to stop him.
"Wait, I'm kidding. I'm kidding."

I let out a slight shriek as a pair of arms quickly wrapped around me from behind, kissing immediately being planted on my neck.
"Get a room." Lucas joked as Nathan joined my side as we walked towards our lockers.
"Who needs a room when you have a whole apartment." Nathan quickly shot back.
"Ew. Remind me to never sit on your couch." Lucas twisted his face in disgust.

"Or kitchen counter, or shower." I added in just to gross him out a little more. "Or the fluffy carpet in the hallway or the balcony." Nathan teased as he pulled me closer to him.
"I didn't need to hear that." He whined, looking like he had something that tasted bad in his mouth. I laughed at the expression. "Hey, we're in our honeymoon phase." Nathan shrugged.
"You have your honeymoon after the wedding." Lucas corrected, earning another shrug.
