By Friday, the drama of Tuesday was washed away. Lucas didn't care about the whole lie once he was cleared to be back on the basketball team, his only priority now was training as much as possible with my dad to get him back into good old Lucas Scott shape again.
I closed Nathan's door behind me with my foot, glancing at he and Tim as they played some basketball game, not even bothering to look at me let alone offer me some help. "Don't worry boys, I got it." I sarcastically spoke as I placed the bags of snacks and alcohol onto Nathan's counter. He agreed to let me throw him a home warming party this Saturday so I went a little over board.
"Hey, sorry." Nathan jogged over to me, leaving Tim whining about the game. "That's a lot of vodka." He pointed out as I started to pull it from the brown paper bags. "I ordered some kegs but I wanted options for people who don't like beer." I explained, mainly thinking of myself. Nathan's fridge always had beer in it so I was drinking it a little more often than I wish I was. I needed to make my way back to vodka.
"You're spending a lot of money on this party." I could tell he felt bad so I sent him a reassuring look before turning to the fridge to put stuff away. "Well, my boyfriend deserves to have his accomplishments celebrated and having his own apartment and escaping the house of horrors is a pretty big deal." I smirked, turning back to him and wrapping my arms around his shoulders.
"Oh yeah?" He smirked staring down at my lips.
"Mhm." I mumbled, nodding my head before I leaned closer to his ear."Send your boyfriend home." I whispered in his ear in a teasing manner. "Tim, go home." He didn't hesitate, not even bothering to look back at him. "Why?" Tim whined. "Tim." I looked past Nathan, giving him a look. "Oh come on!" His face twisted in disgust as he jumped up from the couch, quickly walking out the door. "Screw the party, I know an other way to celebrate." He spoke before grabbing the back of my thighs, lifting me up.
I squealed as he quickly moved back to the couch, laying me underneath him as he connected our lips. It got pretty steamy fast, clothes sprawled out around the living room. "We've officially christened every room in this house." I held my hand up for a high-five which he gave me with a laugh and shake of his head.
"Oh great!" We both snapped around, eyes completely widened in shock as Dan stood a few feet away from us in the door way. "Jesus, dad." Nathan quickly grabbed his own hoodie, throwing it at me to cover myself while he pulled on his shorts. Dan quickly got to the point, yelling at Nathan over selling the convertible that he gifted Nathan. I awkwardly stood up, making my way to the side table next to Dan.
"I'm just gonna..." I awkwardly reached around him to the lamp that had my red throng hanging over the shade. I didn't know whether to cry from embarrassment or burst out laughing.
"I want the rest of the money from the car so you're going to have to buy your girlfriend lingerie another away." Dan glanced between us.
"And I want a life Dan Scott free... but as soon as I think I got it, there he is, just barging into apartments he doesn't own."
