Anne's POV:

My eyes flutter open..the daylight hitting my face..I raise my hand and cover my eyes. I groan when I feel a pang in my head. I should not have snuck out last night. It was fun though.

It hurts so much. I turn to my side and right before I close my eyes I open them back up immediately, to see..Lorenzo?!

I jolt up. His head hangs down and his arms are crossed..

He looks so majestic-

What- no.

Why is he here anyway?...oh right!..last night. Geez, but why did he stay? I'm perfectly fine by myself. Does he not trust me? Does he think I'm going to escape again? This is something I always do, it's nothing new.

I stare at him.

His hair is fallen over his face, he has his head down, his chest lifts up and down as he breathes.

I hate to admit it, but he's hot.

Never telling him that though. Never.

So..what do I do? Do I wake him up?..orrrr do I just go? I'm gonna wake him up, it's better right??

Yea it's better.

I sit on the side of my bed, I reach out and try to reach him. I'm too lazy to get up- come on! A little more- should I just get up-? But I'm way too lazy- I should just-

I let out a small yell-

His hand grasps my wrist tightly. He looks into my eyes..we're his eyes always this-

Wait. Where am I sitting on. I look down-

IM SITTING ON HIS LAP.

"What were you doing?"

"I was..trying to wake you up! And I see you woke yourself up."

..silence.

"Lorenzo. Let me go- hah! Let- let me go."

He doesn't let go. And honestly, I don't want him to.

"..Lorenzo?.."

"Hm?"

"..." I can feel my cheeks turning red. Oh my god! What is wrong with me- why won't Lorenzo let go?!

I guess he noticed my blush, because he let go and immediately stood up, making me fall to the ground.

"Ow! A warning next time?! That hurt!"

"You'll be fine, you're overreacting."

Asshole.

"Why are you even here Lorenzo? Or should I say Enzo? Or WHATEVER! just why are you here?!"

"I couldn't trust you enough to leave you by yourself."

"I'm an adult, i can take care of myself thank you very much!"

"You don't act like one."

"Well guess you and my parents think the same because apparently I need a "guard" a or something!"

"Because you need one! Look at you! You sneak out at night! You're underaged, you go to a club! You drank and your underaged!"

"Well I'm just trying to live my life! Honestly they don't understand! You don't understand!"

"I do Anne, I do understand because I was a dumb shit at your age, and we're not too many years apart, but when you age you learn that there are consequences to your goddamn actions!"

"Well I haven't gotten any consequences!"

"And I doubt you will! Your parents spoil you rotten! They love you soooo much! I don't know why! Your a brat, your an idiot, and obviously they love you but can't trust you enough that they had to get you a bodyguard!"

"..get out of my room."

"Gladly."

...my breath feels fast, I feel upset- I stare at his back as he leaves my room and slams it. I guess mom and dad are still asleep, they'd would've heard the commotion if they weren't.

This argument is so stupid! He started it! Ok maybe I did- but whatever! Why is he so mad anyway! It's not like I ruined anything for him, geez is he always cranky in the freaking morning?!

I didn't do anything wrong! Right?? He's so..so- so rude!

It's not my fault my parents love me! It's not! He should go complain to them instead of me! He should've quit weeks ago!

I lay back on my bed and stare at the ceiling. Honestly I'm still so confused on what made him do angry.

All I said was..I don't even remember.

Note to self: don't wake up Lorenzo in the morning.

He should've just left last night! He did not have to stay here? Why did he even stay here? Just to watch over me?

I was passed out! I wouldn't even be able to run away again if I wanted! Trust me I've tried to do it before and immediately fell back into my bed.

I don't drink, that was one of the few times I did, all I do is just go out, I don't hook up, or do anything stupid other than sneaking out, but I just have fun with Cat and Maddie.

Wasn't even my idea.

Imma get on Maddie's ass, I'm joking but I would! But she's my friend and I love her very much. So I'm not gonna do anything.

Just gonna scream in my pillow.

..things are going to be awkward when I see him again tomorrow when he takes me to school.

Let's hope this was all a dream, and that I'll wake up!
