After weeks of suffering in August trying to finish their final projects, their semester break finally came, offering a much-needed respite from the rigorous academic schedule. As October rolled in, the excitement for Halloween was palpable across campus. The famous party committee had announced a grand Halloween bash, and everyone was buzzing with anticipation. Taesan and Saneul were no exception.

After all, what is October without a Halloween party?

It was a lazy afternoon, and the couple was chilling in Taesan's dorm room. The room was cozy, with posters of various artists decorating the walls. They were cuddled up on his bed, enjoying the comfort of each other's presence.

"So, what do you think about the Halloween party?" Saneul asked, her head resting on his shoulder as she flipped the pages of her book.

"I'm excited," Taesan replied, his fingers gently tracing patterns on her arm. "It's always a highlight of Seoul Uni's fall semester break. Plus, this year, our group is performing."

"Oh yeah, I remember seeing it in the schedule. What's the theme again?"

"Villains," he said with a grin. "I'm going as the Joker."

"That's perfect! I was thinking of dressing up as Harley Quinn," she said, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Harley Quinn, huh? My partner in crime," he teased, pulling her closer.

Their conversation was interrupted by the sound of the front door opening. Leehan, Taesan's roommate, walked in carrying bags of food.

"Hey, lovebirds," Leehan called out. "I brought dinner."

They got up and made their way to the living room. The aroma of takeout filled the air, and their stomachs growled in response. They sat around the small dining table, chatting as they unpacked the food.

"So, what's the plan for Halloween, guys?" Leehan asked, taking a bite of his burger.

"We were just talking about that," Taesan said. "We're thinking of going as Joker and Harley Quinn."

"Boooooo. Must be nice to have a girlfriend. I'm going as Dracula," Leehan said with a mischievous grin. "Going to make sure I scare the hell out of everyone."

"Saranghae Do Saranghae" Saneul suddenly sang. The lyrics from NCT 127's Favorite making them burst out in laughter.

They laughed and continued discussing their costume ideas. The excitement for the party was building up, and they couldn't wait for the big night.

Finally, the day of the Halloween party arrived. Taesan and his dance crew had to head to the venue early for rehearsals. The atmosphere was electric as they practiced their routine, everyone dressed in their villain costumes.

Taesan looked menacing in his Joker outfit, his face painted bloody with a sinister smile while his hair was sprayed green and gelled in a way that made him attractive to the core.

Meanwhile, Saneul and her friends were getting ready in her dorm. The room was a whirlwind of makeup, costumes, and laughter. Saneul transformed into Harley Quinn, her hair in pigtails, with pink and blue extensions. She looked stunning and perfectly matched Taesan's Joker.

"You look amazing, Sannie, your boyfriend is definitely going to drool once he sees you!" Jinny said, adjusting her own witch hat.

"Thanks, Jinny. You look sexy as hell too!" Saneul replied, giving her friend dramatic wink.

As they finished getting ready, they headed to the party together. The venue was packed with students, all dressed in creative and spooky costumes. The music was pumping, and the dance floor was crowded.
