"Auntie, your cook is amazing. Really delicious." Axel compliment.

"Thank you Axel. I'm glad you like it." Mom replied.

"Stop making my mom fluttered." I interrupted.

"What wrong with that? He just appreciate my cook." Mom asked.

"What wrong? You cook his favorite food while me your only son, you only prepared me salad."

"Ram, you're still on maintaining your diet. I'm just concern about your health." Mom answer.

"Oh my, I can't with you. You always concern on my body." I said annoyed.

"Here, take this. You can eat a little portion of meat." Axel said and served me.

"Well, thank you." I said in sarcastic way.

"Ramices, be nice." mom warning.

"What?! I already said thank you." I protest.

"You should be thankful, he did you a favor. I asked Axel to buy you ice cream, you know that?" mom said. "Cause I noticed you look so tired today. For the sake of tiredness and to ease it, I let you have dessert tonight."

I just nod and continue eating as if I didn't care.

"Still upset?" Suddenly mom asked.

"No." I replied.

"Are you getting tired of me now? Am I that annoying?" Mom asked again.

"What are talking about? I never get tired of you. I'm tired with the work but not in you." I bursted. Axel just quietly observing our conversation.

"Since your dad died, you took all the responsibility in taking care of me." mom start her drama.

"Because you're my mom and I love you." I said.

"I'm very thankful for that and I love you too, so much."

"I know."

"I just want you to take care of yourself, I don't want to lose you like your father. Can you understand, Ram?"

"Yes Mom. I already told you, we stay together forever right?" I look at her seriously to give her assurance.

"But you know someday you will  find someone who will love you and stay beside you..." he suddenly changed topic to pursuing me.

"If he won't agree having you with us then, I don't need him." I interrupted to her words.

"Ramices..." Mom said worried.

"Please stop now. Why so dramatic? Are you not embarrassed? Axel looking at you."

"No, its okey. I understand her."

"Oh no, you don't understand. She's always like that. Looking so pathetic." I said in dramatical way.

"Ramices Dawson!" Mom shouted angrily but I just laughed. I got used to this mom's behavior.

The dinner filled with drama, teasing and laughter.

"Thank you for the delicious dinner." Axel said. He's about to go home.

"I'm not the who invite you and not the one who cooked either."

"Thanks anyway. I owe you one."

"Okey. Okey. Go home now. It's already late." I said to push him away.

"Ram, can I invite you out this weekend?"

"Im sorry but I have plan this weekend." I said to him.

"How about next weekend?"

"Mr Amos, I think...

"Please Ram..."

"Look, honestly I don't want anyone in the company see us together, that would be a big issue CEO."

"Why bother to think that?"

I sighed. Is this man really annoying?

"Even you rejecting me now, I won't stop in asking you out until you agree." he said seriously.

"Seriously, what's wrong with you?"

"Please..."

"But I have plan go to the gym this weekend. Mostly I spend 2 to 3 hour there. I'm so tired after..."

"I go with you." he said suddenly.

"To the gym?"

"Yes. If you want I can apply for a membership too."

"Axel..."

"Its a deal?"

I sigh. "Just do what you want." I said surrendering.

"Okey. I pick you up, just tell me the time."

"No need, I run going there."

"Then wait for me, I run with you."

"You're acting weird."

He smile. "I just want to spend more time with you."

I don't know if he just joking but my face suddenly getting hot when I heard what he said. "I never thought, you're this flirty Mr Amos."

He just smile. "Oh by the way, I just remember, Mr Dawson, please don't you ever run away from me whenever  you see me inside the company nor trying to avoid me. Mind you, don't forced me to transfer you inside my office."

"You're ridiculous!"

"I just want to clear things with you."

"Then you should not approach me whenever you see me. I don't want a special treatment."

"Let me think about that first."

"Axel!" I protest.

"Good night Ram. See you in the company tomorrow." Axel said sweetly and suddenly caress my face.

I stun for a while before I found myself replied to him. "Y-yes, see you tomorrow."

"Say goodnight." he requested while continuing caressing my face.

"G-goodnight."

Axel smile sweetly before going in to his car.
