Clara left quickly and saw elijah waiting for her in front of the door

Salvatore Boarding House

Stefan enters the house.
Stefan: so are you going to just here and wait for her to appear.
He walks into the living room and sees Elijah and Clara are sitting by the fireplace, talking to Damon.

Elijah: Hello, Stefan.
Damon: they have Elena.
Elijah: Actually, she's with Rebekah. As you can imagine, my sister is just dying to tear her throat out. So...if you want to save Elena's life, I need you to help me stop my mother.

Elijah starts walking towards the exit.
Stefan turned to clara
Stefan: why didn't you tell me
Clara: yeees it slipped my mind

Clara: right I need to go I will see you later

Stefan is looking in the freezer where the blood bags are. He pulls one out and looks at it and opens it. Damon enters.

Damon: Clock's ticking. You gonna help me brainstorm a plan or are you too busy fixing yourself a snack?
Stefan: We need to call Bonnie. There's got to be a way for her to stop Esther from channeling all that power.
Damon: A. What if she's with Esther? B. What if she can't cut her off? C. I don't know how any of this stuff works and D. neither do you!
Stefan: You got a better plan?
Damon: Worst case scenario, simple mechanics. Can't draw power from a dead battery.
Stefan: Kill them.
Damon: If it comes to that.
Stefan is still holding the blood bag. Damon takes it, sucks out some blood, and hands it back to Stefan.

Stefan: There's got to be another way.
Damon: Well, what if I told you I had a less diabolical plan.
Damon holds up a silver dagger.

Stefan: You want to dagger Elijah!
Damon: They're all linked. One goes down, they all go down. The witches live, Elena's safe, problem solved.
Stefan: We can't do that Clara will die too
Damon: oh we know elijah is just saying that so we don't kill thwm
Stefan: and what if this is the truth
Damon: okay then be your way

Old Witch House
Outside the house, Finn is lighting torches around a pentagram on the ground made of salt.

Bonnie: The torches?
