(A few hours of us following her had passed. I had witnessed the extent of this twisted version of Armageddon. City sized craters, the constant shower of enormous meteors, and the occasional super-storm. I saw all of this in the span of only A few. Hours. And all I could really do was wonder what other horrors could be out there.)

(Over the course of this absolutely horrific adventure, Me, Lux, and Videra, after hours of asking and prodding, finally got the woman to tell us her name. She told us that it was Nephura. I doubt it's her real name, but, we just went with it. Speaking of Lux and Videra, they weren't doing too well at all. Lux was just exhausted at this point, and found it increasingly difficult to keep moving. Let alone have to dodge and avoid certain doom every five minutes. Videra was..more then just angered at all of this. Through his pained look, I could see that he looked like he was about to detonate. I did the best I could to calm him down, but I don't think it did much...at all.)

(Skip forwards in time A little, and, were in A...mostly destroyed mountain range. Most of them looked like they had gigantic holes blown through them. We were currently, very quickly making our way downwards into A valley. You'd expect for there to be little to not vegetation in A place like this, but, from what I was seeing, down in the valley, was some-kind of..weird forest? It was hard to make out any details from such A height, though. Videra was carrying Lux on his back as he sprinted and jumped down the side of the mountain, meanwhile, Nephura looked like she was gliding downwards on-top of some..cloud of that dark electricity. She was going much faster then me, and, along with Videra, she was far ahead.)

(I, myself, was currently hopping, sprinting, and jumping down the mountain. Having to focus on my footing and where exactly I landed, before running and jumping again. Despite my exhaustion, I was able to keep this up until we neared that forest in the valley.)

(Upon arriving inside, I immediately noticed that, this, wasn't A forest..at-least, it wasn't comparable to any normal one...The ground itself was hard and rough. With what looked like...veins, of some sort. Thick, green, glowing, and pulsating. They were absolutely everywhere, too. Furthermore, there were small-ish openings in the ground, that resembled mouths with razor sharp teeth. From what I could hear, they were..breathing...The 'trees' here still resembled the shape of normal trees of course, except, each of the leaves on them had one or two tiny eyeballs. Which were completely green, with small white pupils. All of them staring at each of us. I noticed that most trees had openings resembling mouths, just like the ones coming out of the ground.

There were also these small, flying creatures, that resembled A fusion of A wasp, and A spider. They were roughly the size of someone's forearm, and took on those black and green tones, just like the environment around them. They didn't seem to attack us. But when they neared the trees, or the ground, glowing green tongues lashed out and wrapped around them. Consuming them. When one was consumed, A sort of, bright pulsation was sent through the veins. Traveling throughout the forest. As if it was all one creature.)

(Up above, we're these bird-like creatures flying amongst the impossibly tall trees. They seemed far too large for the..trees, to eat. They had two legs, with large, serrated, almost blade-like talons, along with two sets of extremely large. Whenever A feather fell from them, they seemed to..stab, into the ground itself. As if they were sharp. The front portions of the birds looked..somewhat normal, despite them having four eyes with A weird, purple substance leaking from them. I thought they were normal, until one of them screeched. Their beaks and heads splitting in half to reveal four massive claws along with A multitude of tendrils with sharpened, glowing purple tips.  more of that purple substance would splatter outwards. Dropping onto A few of those bug-like creatures. The substance practically tore through their bodies. Leaving them open for the creatures to swoop down and scoop them up. They either dropped them into one of the mouths, or consume the bug-like creatures themselves..)
