(A good few hours of sitting in that fairly large elevator had passed. With all three of us waiting in A sort of fearful anticipation. And that's when me, and the other two felt the elevator begin to rumble and slow down signaling to us that our stop was near.)(The three of us stood up onto our feet, sharing looks between each-other, before turning to the door that led out of the elevator. Soon enough, the elevator came screeching to A complete halt, as the doors would slowly slide open. The dim light from the elevator seeping out into the darkness ahead of us. And from what I could see, I already knew we were in for some form of hell.)
(Outside of the elevator, was An absolutely enormous open room. With massive amounts of water could be heard leaking, spilling, and dripping everywhere. Along with large amounts of vegetation seemingly growing everywhere. Massive roots were seen sticking up out through the now completely demolished concrete floor. Extending up into the darkness above.)
(The entire section of areas here seemed..unstable. I could feel the ground rumbling and trembling beneath me, as if everything was about to collapse in on itself at any moment. But, honestly, I didn't really care. And I don't think the other two did either, we would be charging right into danger with this one. But, In my eyes, it was worth it.)
"We'll We're here now. No going back, right?"
(I said, glancing over at the other two.)
"OF COURSE NOT!"
(Videra said, being the first to walk through the doorway.)"Tʜᴇʀᴇ's ɴᴏ ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ɪɴ ᴡᴀɪᴛɪɴɢ ᴀɴʏ ʟᴏɴɢᴇʀ ᴀɴʏᴡᴀʏs.."
(Lux stated, soon following behind Videra, following his dim glow.)
(I soon followed suit, keeping close behind the two whilst constantly looking around at the damp, moist, destroyed, overgrown hell-scape that now surrounded us..)
(As we walked the abnormal vegetation seemingly began writhing and moving. Though, not in any threatening ways. It still did put all of us on edge, and I could've sworn I saw something skitter passed us. Videra immediately took notice and spoke up.)
"THIS STUFF ISN'T NORMAL. I DON'T KNOW IF ITS GONNA BE A PROBLEM OR NOT, BUT I STILL SUGGEST WE SPEED UP AND NOT STAY TO FIND OUT."
(And, so we quickly did. Though, suddenly, all the plants around us began to glow. Before stopping. Before glowing again. In a pulsating manner dimly illuminating the entire area with each pulse. It was all fairly mesmerizing. Yet, terrifying at the same time, mainly due to the scale of which this was at. I could see the same pulsations happening off in the FAR distance. almost barely visible from the distance alone. The brief periods of darkness didn't help at all, obviously..)
(Meanwhile, Lux, seemed to be far more interested and fascinated then scared. Curiously looking around at all of the action happening around us. Though, He was still at least slightly cautious, nonetheless. As he traveled, the ground below would rumble once more. Except, this time, much louder and more intense.)
"Ugh- okay, what in the world is even causing that?! It's eventually gonna cause one of us to slip up and fall into one of these gigantic openings!"
(I exclaimed, A large frown growing on his face as I glanced around, before looking over at the other two.)
"WELL, SEEING HOW DEEP WE ARE IN THE PLACE, AND HOW EVERYTHING AROUND HERE IS WRECKED, IT MUST BE THE WEIGHT OF EVERYTHING ABOVE US STILL TAKING ITS TOLL ON THIS PLACE. THOUGH, THESE GIGANTIC ROOTS.."
(Videra placed A claw on one of them as he walked passed them. Before looking back over at us.)
"...SEEM TO BE THE THINGS KEEPING THIS PLACE UP. EITHER WAY, WE SHOULD JUST HURRY. I DON'T WANNA FIND OUT ABOUT HOW LONG IT TAKES BEFORE IT ALL FINALLY GIVES IN.."
