The two actors bowed as they finished their performance and the room roared with applause. I wore an outfit suited for where we were and Witch looked beautiful as always in her lovely dress. "Thanks for coming, Witch." I whispered.

"Not a problem. I enjoyed the show very much." She winked.

"Come on, let's catch him before he leaves." We get up and head backstage.

Walking backstage, we see the many actors and crew celebrating another job well done. My eyes scan the room and land on the man I came for.

"I see that actors these days can use holograms to change their very faces."

The man turns around and sees me, along with Witch, Jinn, and Kleene. "I don't know who you are but unauthorized personnel aren't allowed here."

I roll my eyes, smiling. "Come on, Laguna. I can sense your Ether, I know it's you."

"I didn't think you'd be boldly living your life out in the open." Jinn says. "Long time no see." Kleene greeted him.

Suddenly, his hologram deactivated and I saw the familiar face of Laguna. I waved at him while he looked hesitant because of our unexpected arrival.

"How did you find me?"

"It was all thanks to Witch." I nodded towards the Shield of Edens.

"I never stop tracking those who have become my enemy." Witch stated.

"Well then, why're you here?"

I stepped forward. "We need your help."

"And why should I help you?" He crosses his arms at me.

"Because, we need you. And I'm asking you...as a friend." His eyes softened at my words. "And, if you do help us, Witch agreed to let you stay on the Edens Zero until you can find a place you like."

He stepped back a bit at what I said. "H-How...? How did you know that?" He asked me in a quieter voice, almost worried.

I look at him still smiling. "Because, we're friends, Laguna. I know you." I grab his hand and squeeze it softly. "Plus, I used to be in your shoes. Until I found my home." The image of my friends waiting for me back at Red Cave flashed in my head. "So, what do you say? Will you help us?"

Laguna looks at me almost smiling until he straightens up and pulls his hand away. It's like a switch how he goes back to his unbothered nature. "Fine, I'll help." He looks me up and down. "Never thought I'd see you in a dress and makeup, you almost look like a girl."

Scoffing, I playfully hit his arm. "Hey! You've only seen me in work clothes, you can't judge me! And I saw your show, by the way."

"Yeah, so?" He raised a brow.

"Your line delivery could use a little work." I gesture, pinching my fingers.

"Don't make me drown you." He says and I laugh. I know he is playing tough because I can see a small smile begin to grow on his face before he masks it again for his usual stoic expression. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go." He says, scratching the back of his head.
