{VIP Room}

Cabir: (grinning) You know, after all this, I'm definitely getting that farewell dinner.

[His words brought a welcome break from the tension, filling the room with light laughter. It was a rare, fleeting moment of normalcy amidst the chaos, like a breath of fresh air in a suffocating room.

Even Nandini found herself smiling, the corners of her mouth lifting despite the pain and fear still gnawing at her. The sound of laughter felt almost out of place in the sterile, tense environment, but it was a reminder that they were still capable of joy, even in the darkest of times.

Manik watched her, a small sense of relief washing over him as her smile briefly lightened the load on his heart.]

Manik: (smirking) Yeah, yeah. But only because it's your last night here.

[As the laughter faded, the room settled into a more determined silence. The air felt thicker, charged with the unspoken knowledge that their battle with Harshad was far from over. Yet, there was a steely resolve in the room, a readiness to face whatever came next, together.]

Mukti: Fine. Let's start planning for dinner. Maybe some music too—we'll have a little party tonight.

[Her suggestion was met with a murmur of approval, a collective agreement that some semblance of normalcy was needed, even if only for a few hours. But as the excitement began to build, Navya's practical voice cut through the buzz of anticipation.]

Navya: But Mukti, this is a hospital. We can't really have a party here.

[The mood shifted, the brief spark of joy dimming under the weight of reality. The cold, clinical setting of the hospital was a stark reminder of the situation they were in, and the fleeting moment of hope was quickly overshadowed by the gravity of their circumstances.

The harsh fluorescent lights seemed colder now, casting long shadows that mirrored the doubts creeping into everyone's minds. Nandini noticed the disappointment etched on Manik's face, and it tugged at her heart. She knew they were all trying to cheer her up, to pull her out of the dark place she'd been thrust into.
