Archie is a poor young high school teenager who is really skinny and a lackey boy working as a barista in a club one day he met a drunk girl by coincidence and helped her. He lives with his grandparents.

It was office party day so there was going to be no work today. He wanted to go home and help grandma in handling the baby. But he could not get permission. He was sitting at the side chairs with a glass of juice while everyone was drinking and chatting. He was wearing a plain white shirt with black denim that looked really good at him with his sleeves rolled. He was writing on his blog. Sometimes his mind would wander in the valleys of despair.

He saw Diane walking towards her she was her colleague. She was a good 6 on the scale. He would happily have her if he was old Archie but his fate was tied somewhere else. As he believed. She took a seat next to him and gave him a smile. After a while she mustered up her courage and started conversation.
Diane: "Hi!"
Archie: "Hello!"
Diane: "What are you doing?"
Archie: "Nothing." he put his phone down.
Diane: "Were you writing on your blog?"
Archie: "Yes."
Diane: "I like your writings. You have quite a following now!"
Archie: "Yes."
Diane: "Congratulations on your promotion."
Archie: "Thanks."
Diane: "Do you not drink?"
Archie: "I cannot afford to get drunk."
Diane: "Why?"
Archie: "I have things and responsibilities."
Diane: "You are still so young but you look so lifeless. We have been working together for months now. But I have never seen you interacting with anyone."
Archie: "I am like this. A nerd."
Diane: "Still you have a charm. You look like a nice guy." She blushed. He looked at her in surprise she was the first girl who liked him or even noticed him. Maybe he was not invisible to her. He was panicking.
Diane: "Oh relax!" She covered up.
Archie: "Sorry I misunderstood you."
Diane: "Why do you think I am sitting with you? Why I am following your blog or why I notice you?"
He looked down. He was getting goosebumps. He did not know what to do.
Diane: "So who is this girl you love?"
Archie: "Someone out of my league, my world." He sighed.
Diane: "Does she know about your feelings?"
Archie: "Yes. She rejected me multiple times."
Diane: "Why?"
Archie: "Because I am not rich enough,handsome enough,cool enough, smart enough and a lot of not enoughs." He sighed again. He felt his eyes getting watery.
