Somehow life was settled. Anna knew where to direct her anger and rage now. Lily was healing everyday by doing charity and managing her boys. Meanwhile Archie had his plates full with pregnant Diane who was really challenging to handle now and working as a main lawyer for Anna. There relationship was just the same. Even though they came a long way. Somehow all of them have find meaning in their lives and made their peace with it but Anna somehow still felt a void that drained her every moment.

Charity event was held in the town Lily was handling it. Different food stalls and some swings were placed to entertain the people. While doing her usual checking with her team. She was stuck in an ice cream stall due to its seller. It was none other than Cam. He was wearing simple clothes and apron. His hair was trimmed. Even though he was still really handsome but his attire was like an average man. Lily somehow looked like a grown up wearing clothes according to the event. She was no longer the girl who wore dresses in the club.
Cam pretended to not know her and kept doing his work questioning a kid about the flavour of ice cream he wanted. He handed him his ice cream with a smile "Here you go!"
Lily: "What are you doing here? Cam." She was surprised.
She walked closed to the counter.He looked at her in a weird way. First of all he never met anyone from his past until now. Even if he did they ignored him or made fun of him what was she gonna do? He thought.
Cam: "We got bank corrupt." In a cold tone.
Lily: "Lets go!"
He looked away. People were staring at them. It was weird of her to talk to him. Anyway to not cause a scene he followed her away from the public. They sat on the benches. Lily was constantly staring at him trying to search that old stud guy. He looked like a grown up.
Lily: "Lets go to Anna she will help you. I will ask her."
Cam: "No thanks I am happy like this!"
Lily: "How?" She was shocked.
Cam: "I have slept on streets. I have been homeless. Right now I am working in an ice cream shop. No one gave me job I did not qualify. I earn 100 dollars a day and I am okay with that. Because I earn this. People see me now for who I am not because what I am and who my father is. I want a simple life, a peaceful life."
Lily: "Do you think it is going great?"
Cam: "Yes I was in hell before."
Lily: "Are you seeing someone?" In a meaningful way.
Cam: "I dated few girls. But they broke up with me after some time because they wanted a better guy financially."
Lily: "You really do not want to go back?"
Cam: "No. Anyway thanks no one acknowledge me other than you from my past life yet."
Lily: "Take my card and give me your details. I will help anytime you will ask." She handed her card to him.
