"So where all are we going?" Taylor asked as she trailed behind Travis.

"I told you birdie I'm taking you shopping to get some new clothes and things you need." He shrugged not going into further detail.

Taylor huffed making Travis chuckle and reach his hand out behind him so she could take his hand. Without thought Taylor took his hands intertwining their fingers as they continued walking. Travis led her down the halls and staircases until they reached what looked to be the main entrance. He opened one of the large doors for her before rejoining her and leading her over to his car.

Taylor reached for the door but was stopped by Travis's hand which pulled her back against him so he could open the door for her. He smirked at the blush now adoring her face, offering her his hand to help her into the car. Taylor watched Travis circle around to car and get into the driver seat and turn on the engine.

"Buckle up birdie or do you need me to do it for you?"

"No I got it." Taylor blushed while grabbing her seatbelt and buckling it in.

Travis laughed shaking his head a little, his hand reaching over to rest on her thigh as he pulled out of the estate. Taylor tried her hardest not to think of his hand or his thumb that had begun to rub circles against her bare skin. To try and take her mind off it Taylor watched out the window trying to memorize the route they were taking the best she could while singing one of her songs in her head. She found herself getting lost in the landscape of the world around her, dreaming of becoming one of the birds flying freely amongst their friends able to do whatever she wanted or go wherever so may choose. All her life she had traded one cage or chain for another never truly experiencing the freedom of life. Someone was always holding onto her chain.

"Birdie? Bird?" Taylor's attention snapped over to Travis who had a slightly concerned look in his eyes. "You ok you were really zoned out."

"I'm fine." She replied softly watching as Travis brought his hand up to her cheek caressing it slightly. "Where are we?" She asked just then realizing they were stopped in front of a building.

"The optometrist, were gonna get your pretty little eye's checked so we can see about getting you glasses before we go shopping." He answered moving to get out of the car. Taylor reached for her door handle but stopped when Travis shot her a look.

Travis quickly came over to her side opening the door for her and helping her out. He walked her to the front, his hand never leaving her hip as he led her into the building. The lady at the front desk looked up upon hearing the little bell chime.

"Hello what can I do for you today." The lady smiled politely.

"We have an appointment to see Dr. Halburt to figure out her prescription." Travis gestured too the blonde who had shrunk into his side.

The lady nodded her head typing something on her computer before looking back up at the pair. "And what was the name the appointment was under?"

"Taylor, Taylor Kelce."

"Ok, yep it's right here. Dr. Halburt should be right out, you can take a seat in our waiting area while you wait for her to come get you."

Travis nodded pulling Taylor alongside him while they walked over to the small seating area. He led her over to a small couch on the other side of the room pulling her close into his side once they sat down.

They sat in silence for a few minutes until Travis noticed a picture of letters framed on the opposite side of the room. "What all of that can you read?" He motioned over to the picture.

"Umm I can kind of see the top it's still a little fuzzy, the middle row I can maybe make out if I squint." She squinted at the letters trying to make them out. "And the rest of them are just blobs."
