Harry was meeting with Hagrid as he was called at midnight, while Crystal was meeting Prince Liam. She and Prince Liam were sitting in the far corner of an unused classroom past curfew with crucial documents to avoid suspicion by meeting openly in the daylight.

"I think I have got a fairly good idea of all the nobles in your kingdom and the faction they support now. . . " Crystal said putting down the thick profile file, "And as you told me, the way they behave with you and their mannerisms of courtesy towards you, I think I got an good idea of who truly supports you and why you ended up here."

"Oh, did you?" Prince Liam had a subtle smile on his face as he brought the tea cup to his lips. Every movement of his was elegant like a majestic swan, "I'd love to hear your mind then,"

"Did you stop reading people minds now?" Crystal taunted him unable to abstain herself. She could never forgive him for trying to read hers and Zachary's minds.

God knows what kind of offense he might take, he is a royal after all. She thought but didn't regret her words.

"No, since you don't like it. But please, I'd appreciate it if you are being honest with me." He encouraged her gently.

"Well. . . If you insist I'll be honest. Your faction is significantly filled with— weaklings." She started and as instantaneously a slight frown was drawn between his brows. Crystal gulped thickly, wetting her dry throat and continued boldly, "Weakling is a small word, the way your situation is currently I'm impressed you managed to survive."

"I reckon you're being a bit too honest. . ." The Prince said staring at her but Crystal held his eyes unflinching by his remark.

"I mean, the Crown Prince has so many higher status nobles supporting him—what were you doing when he was collecting goodies in the Royal game of yours? You wannabe king like that? Even if you are kind you should not people walk all over you for that. Pathetic. You're the queen's son for God's sake not the consort! When are you going to use that to your advantage? You are being chased down? Assassinations? You brought that upon yoursel—"

Crystal controlled her thoughts before it slipped past her lips.

She smiled slightly to ease the tension before actually speaking her calculated answer in mind.
