⚫CHAPTER 35⚫

:LIKE THE MORNING:

The wind blew against a moonlit face, blowing her locks to her face. The tired pair of closed eyes munched a bit, and slowly, with a peaceful breath, she opened her eyes and scrutinized her surroundings.

After a moment, Vinnie attempted to move from her place, but realised a heavy weight upon herself.
She looked down only to find out a huge manly figure lying upon her with his head on her chest and his hands around her waist.
A cute smile curled up to her lips as she recalled their beautiful moments on last night. She caressed his hairs and deepened the embrace giggling sweetly. Rudra, in slumber, responded to her touch by tightening himself to her chest.

"Done admiring me??"

Vinnie's eyes widen up but soon she turned but soon realised that he was awake.
"Perks of having a Mafia agent as a boyfriend."  She huffed.

Rudra laughed and raised his head to kiss her forehead gently. He got up from her body and the next moment she attempted to push herself up, but a jerk of painful numbness slumped her down and she hissed.

Confusion framed her face. She tried to support her forearm and get up, but again fell down.
Rudra smirked. She turned a angry glare on him.
Vinnie threw her hands on him, attempting to beat him but he managed to roll down the bed in order to save himself. He laughs at cute helplessness.
She clutched her duvet.

"Uhmmm,.... Who told you to use all your energy???"   he whined like a child.
Rudra jumped on the bed, just beside her.
"The one who was screaming my name last night and continuously begging me for more rounds."    He enjoyed reading her, while she turned red of embarrassment.
Vinnie didn't say anything, just deepen her glare on him.

"What?? Weren't you the one screaming, "Aaahhhh, aahhh!! Don't stop! Rutesh, Aahhhh!!! Daddy, aahhh!!"     
Her eyes widened at his actions, her cheeks flushed with all pink tint. But he enjoyed disturbing her and teasing her with his dramatic playful moans.
Finally, she softened down.

"Baby, I am feeling tired.."
"I know, My Tigress. *kissed her cheek* you wait here, I'll prepare a bubble bath for us."

She nodded and he went inside the bathroom.

Vinnie's POV:

What should I say??

I'm feeling better??

No, I am feeling independent??

Or, it's just that... I have broken an invisible wall that bounded me to my past even when I was in my present.

You did it Vinnie!! The stupidity of Jasmine is finally ripped off by Vinnie.
Baba, your Ablaze found someone Baba. She's feeling independent now.

Rutesh!!

I'm starting to trust him Baba. I am learning how to trust again.... I am learning how to bond again!! Thanks Rutesh. Thanks a lot for bringing me back.

Rudra came to her breaking her chain of thoughts. He tried to remove her duvet but she clutched it even tighter.
He didn't look at her face even for once. Instead, just picked up the handkerchief from the table and tied his eyes.

"You still mean the same to me, Miss Thief!! You forever will.. I won't even dare to look at you if it makes you feel insecure."

Passing those comforting words, he knelt down and Vinnie wrapped her arms around him, a smile playing on her lips. He scooped her up in a bridal style and walked up to the bathroom.
He got into the bathtub and placed her on his lap. Both of them were fully naked.
"Open your eyes."   Vinnie ordered, slowly messaging her skin.
Rudra took off the handkerchief and looked at her with gentle eyes.
"Don't stare at me!! My whole body is paining as hell."
