I've been walking through this cave for what I think is a few days by now. Honestly, this isn't as bad as people may think. I mean in my past life I didn't have anything going for me, but here I already am stronger than average due to all of my skills. And the whole Hybrid thing isn't that bad either, despite still needing to sleep, eat, and drink here and there. I can last far longer than any other human without those things. So far I haven't slept, or eaten in the entire time I've been here. I've of course drank water from a pond after Raphael told me that it was safe.
Aside from that, I've been practicing my skills on anything that I could, and I've learned some of their abilities.
Gluttony- I can devour anything within this blackish-purple smoke, and then store it in a pocket dimension thing called my stomach. Which acts like a perfect storage. I also took the analysis ability of Gluttony and combined it with Raphael since it's more her thing.
Hero- I can use Holy magic which is cool, but I can also summon a sword made up of Holy Attribute.
[Material Creation]- a rather useful skill that allows me to make any object as long as I use a required amount of magicules or mana. But if I use more than is needed, then it will add to the strength and grade of the item. I or well Raphael used this to make my clothes. She ended up using over half of my magicules and a good chunk of mana, so the clothes would be pretty tough with great defense.
I finished using [Gluttony] on a small field of these flowers that were all over the cave.
Me: "Hey Raphael, what are all of these flowers? There seems to be an abundance of these things."
Raphael being as reliable as ever responded instantly.
Raphael: ("Notice! It's a Hipokute Herb, a valuable herb that only grows in environments rich in Magicules. Used as an ingredient in salves and healing potions.")
Me: "Magicules again huh? What exactly is a magicule? You've mentioned it when talking about my skills, but you never told me what it was exactly."
Raphael: (Notice! Magicules are a special energetic material found in all matters of forms. It is the material that makes up the body of a monster along with sustaining it, it is also used for some skills. The amount of magicules possessed by humans is rather small.")
Me: (Interesting due to me being a hybrid my count of magicules must be somewhere in between humans and demons.)
Raphael: (Notice! Master has an abundance of magicules that surpasses that of an Arch Demon.")
Me: "I'll take that as an impressive thing."
I've been talking with Raphael about even the slightest of things, and the reason is rather simple. I'm bored and rather lonely, so Raphael is useful for keeping me company.
Me: "What about those blue rocks that I've been devouring? What's up with those?"
Raphael: ("Magistone Ore, minerals that spend long periods of time in Magicule-rich areas. They take in magicules until they become Magistone Ore, which is considered highly valuable.")
Me: (Interesting.) I thought as I looked around the cave.
It's weird, both items are considered rare due to the amount of magicules needed to produce just a single one of each. Yet this cave is just overflowing with them, so the sheer amounts of magicules are insane. But the question is if it's natural or a side effect, specifically is it the cause of a monster?
Me: "Hey Raphael, do you have any idea why this cave is packed full of magicules? Does it have something to do with this Veldora that is sealed here?"
Raphael: ("Notice! All of the Magicules originate from the Individual Veldora. A low-level monster that was sealed here due to its overabundance of Magicules.")
