(Henry's pov)
Father had been lain on this bed for weeks, I myself had lost hope, what could have possibly happened, the people asked questions, questions that had been answered with lies. Vicenta on the other hand had so much faith.
Yes, we all wanted Father to live but the view of him alone wasn't appeasing to the eyes of anyone who had seen him
''It's a pain we can't share pain with the sick'' Vicenta said as she held his pale palms
Hmm, the sick? This man was half dead.
''Help is coming. Soon, the pain would be gone''
Had overheard Mother talking to George of some sorceress coming to our aid, the laat thing I had thought Mother would do was get sorcery involved but sure things were starting to become static with Father.
''Help?''
I shouldn't have said a thing to her, she was the type to ask questions even at the brink of death(Calah's Pov)
I had probably spent the past hour admiring Anne, she had never looked this beautiful in a day before, we were all ready for the event of the day, walking to the great halls while Father held her arms as I accompanied them.
We weren't in the halls yet and I could tell how nervous Anne had gotten so quickly, but of course she had to be this nervous since it was her wedding afterall(Podrick's POV)
Thank God they hadn't entered into the hall yet and thanks to Drae we took more time than even the bride of the day did, I wondered if he would have continued insisting to stay behind if Ser Hillary hadn't gotten involved and ordered him, he sure had some guts to think he could stay behind, what did he think being a guardian was about.
I knew we didn't have so much time to give compliments to the ladies but no man couldn't ignore to notice how beautiful the bride was especially on the day, maybe the maides at Brighton really needed to keep up with the maids here. Here it was again, that look on Drae's face, that gaze he kept hiding, that gaze that could end his life in a second, the way he looked at Calah, there really was something differnt about that look, I wasn't sure he was attracted, scared or disgusted by her or maybe that was him trying to hide it all on a face but I could see it and couldn't help but notice it.(Calah's POV)
It had to be today, It just had to be on this day, The day I die, I knew something was differnt about the day from the start of sunrise, my body could read it all, my last day on earth. Father always told us how important dreams were but never taught how to interpret, wasn't sure he interpret his either but one thing even the priest taught us was how dreams were important dreams were to us as humans and even if Father or the priest didn't I would have known, every picture I saw at night while i slept had always painted itself in my reality and i was too sure this one wasn't going to be any different.
That face, That tunric, and that dagger in his tunric what was ended my life, how could this be true and how did i forget this dream till now, I could have ran away but i didn't remember my nightmare till this moment
''Calah, are you..'' Anne was about to ask, even if I told anyone everything, would it have changed my fate, the creator had written it already and i wasn't at his desk to stop him when he did.
''Im fine''
Only positive thing about my predicament what having a handsome slayer, at least the last thing I was meant to see was his face, I thought as I quietly chuckled
''Shall we'' Father led us all in.***
(Iento's POV)
There was no better feeling than going fishing during sunset while the wind blew softly with the others. We never really did any work all we did was drank wine while the eager youths did all the work.
The one thing the people here at Yarden were knew for was really fishing, we weren't one of those big cities with gold, Fishing was our life here.
''And she called me a pussy'' Alk said while the others laughed
All we did was drink booze and talk about women, it was a normal evening till one of the young men came to report something strange to us.
''We've found something in the waters'' he reported
The men immediately began to talk, the only thing I'd seen in these waters during all my years of serving was nothing but fish, hearing this triggered fear. We moved to the font of the ship where the youths were staring into the waters.
''What could they have seen'' I asked myself
They all began to clear the area when they noticed the older fishermen come through
''There'' The young man that reported earlier pointed to the waters
It seemed they had failed to realize how much gold they had found, they had found the body of Alex the twin, not that I cared much for the Miledale's but we were sure to get rewarded for finding his corpse
''Have yer folk heard of Alex of Miledale, cause yer just find his body'' Alk said
I could almost hear him count the amount of gold he planned on getting when we return the body
''But they have a wedding there today'' a youth added.
It was our only chance to give them their corpse, we were so close to Miledale now, it had been the perfect time.
''Bring his body on the ship''

(Calah's POV)
The Hall had been filled with guests and too much dramatic music for me, I sat beside Father while I watched Anne and Tommen on the other side, they complimented each other so well that I had wished for marriage for myself at that moment. There was something different too, it was the food and wine, we lacked food back home that seeing people waste so much food was beginning to get me angry, I knew it was a wedding and it was normal but these guests were doing too much, there was a table to my right which I saw them order more from the maids whereby they had barely touched the one that cam e with the table, was that really how it was being a royal, things always seemed to be quite differnt everytime we left home, like the world was a different place than Brighton.
''Are you okay'' Father asked
I began to wonder if that was more like a name to me than a question these days, it was all anyone could ask me and never ''what do you want'', ''do you know how beautiful you are'' or other questions I wanted to be asked
''Of course'' I smiled as if today wasn't my death day.
The music all of a sudden changed which meant good and bad news; Father wasn't about to ask more questions and a prince was about to ask for a dance soon and I wasn't even done thinking to myself when George of Wodiam had come along
''Your Grace'' he turned to my Father
It would have really saved me a lot if the two men could dance with each other instead.
''Your Grace, May I have this dance''
Not even a ''you look beautiful'', not that it really mattered to anyone but it wouldn't have hurt to say it or lie.
We made our way to the floor, dancing like I wanted any of this in the first place, I could see Anne make a joke out of me from her table while Lady Ursula made her way to Father, now what did she want, to plan my wedding with this terrible dancer, at least i'd be dead by then so it wouldn't matter.
We finally switched with different partners and just as the evening got worse, it just had to be my slayer, why was he even on the floor in the first place, he didn't seem like that type but he wasn't bad at it either. Was it time? I barely remembered much but it didn't happen on a dance floor for sure
''You look beautiful''
In my entire life, I had never heard of someone be scared of such compliment, I was scared but yet it felt too good not to turn red for. The one compliment I had longed for had made me scared. Father had still been with Lady Ursula while Anne focused on Tommen
''Follow me'' I said as I left the floor
''ohh, you're in so much trouble'' I heard Podrick faintly mock
But what was I doing 'Follow me?' Am I the cause of my own death?, why would I say that, I was defintely feeling too confident after the compliment, this all felt embarrasing to me. We got to the quiet passage of the halls
''I should have never been there, Podrick forced me to''
''Why'd you do it?'' I asked
''Podrick''
It was too difficult to hold up a conversation with a man with platnium blonde eyes but at least I was trying, it was a conversation about my life afterall
"Why'd you kill me''
He stood there with no words
''Did you hit your head''
Of course, he had to be rude everytime we spoke
''What do you want from me? Who sent you?''
I myself was starting to believe I hit my had with all the questions i threw at him
''Why would I slay you.. I'm your guardian, I'd give my life for you, Have you had anything to drink''
''Do I smell like booze to you, It's you see hunting my dreams with that dagger of yours, when you revealed your face earlier I remembered the dream. Isn't that why you always had your armet on, there's no other explaniation and don't say its just a dream, my dreams never lie. I don't want to die but if you kill me please don't hurt my family at least.
I hadn't realized I had been in tears
''My Lady, I know nothing of your dreams but I promise I'm here to protect you''
''But the Armet''
''That is quite personal on my end but I promise I'm not here to hurt you, it was just a mere dream''
The music suddenly stops and all we could hear were screams from the exterior, what could have possibly happened.
''Did you hear that'' I asked him
''Wait here''
There was no way I was doing that, not after what we both heard
''Im not''
''Fine, stay at my reach at least'' he instisted
We both made our way to the hall but it was empty, we procecced to go outside where we saw the whole party. It was worse than I had imagined, it was the corpse of Alex the Twin, but why, why did it have to be this day. The whole crowd made way from for Matilda as she wept on the corpse of her son.***
Hello, Readers. I hope you're liking the story so far but first off, I wanted to apologise for the way the story is written for I orginally wrote it as a script and writing it as a book hasn't been too easy. Thank You.
