I walked through the front door of our apartment, my mind still reeling from the incredible evening I'd just shared with Samantha. As I made my way to my room, Elijah poked his head out of his doorway, a mischievous grin on his face.

"Dude, I want all the details tomorrow!" he whisper-yelled, barely containing his excitement.

I couldn't help but chuckle. "Yeah, yeah, you'll get your fill. Now let me get some sleep, alright?"

Just then, Wrenley's door flew open, and he glared at Elijah. "Can you shut up? Some people are trying to sleep around here!"

The commotion must have caught the attention of the others, because Roman and Leighton's heads suddenly appeared in their respective doorways as well.

"What's going on?" Roman asked, rubbing his eyes sleepily.

Leighton rolled his eyes. "Elijah being Elijah, that's what."

I shook my head and raised my hands in a placating gesture. "Sorry, guys. I'm heading to bed now. We can discuss this tomorrow, okay?"

With a few grumbled responses, the guys retreated back into their rooms, and I finally made it to the sanctuary of my own space. Flopping down on my bed, I let out a contented sigh. Tomorrow would be another day, but tonight, I was still basking in the warmth of Samantha's smile.
