Episode 7 – Tropical Gambit

'A couple of weeks have passed after the Shade Slime incident, with today being February 6th, the city going back to normal, especially after Rosé and her friends helped the citizens with tidying up the mess caused by Pete and the blob. Within the time span, Rosé and her friends revealed Ludwig Von Drake's data about the Shade Slime, which now has the city on high alert for anymore of Pete's actions. It was the end of the day coming up, as Rosé visits the central park with her friends to get a bit of relief after things were back to normal.'

Rosé: Thankfully the damage to the city wasn't really catastrophic. -she sighs with relief- Just the streets and a few shops and restaurants needing repairs.

Daisy: I'm just happy that slimeball Pete didn't give me any of that slimy stuff. -she gags about the idea of becoming a victim of Shade Slime- Still, the nerve of Pete to use that 'thing' to take control of you and make you hurt Mickey.

Minnie: I know... If Rosé hadn't purged its influence, I could've... Done something terrible. -she sighs, with due to her conscious awareness, she hasn't quite forgotten yet about how she scared Mickey against her will-

Mickey: It really isn't your fault, Minnie. -he comforted Minnie- Pete planted that 'thing' on you and we never noticed until it was too late.

Minnie: Still, it felt like I was in a nightmare. -she looked at Mickey- I'll put it behind me eventually, since I was stopped from doing anything I'd regret, even against my will.

Rosé: Just try not to obsess about it, Minnie. -she reassured her, placing her left hand onto her right shoulder- Even if I didn't hear you or Mickey scream, I immediately sensed something wrong when it happened.

Minnie: -she nods to Rosé, as she puts her left hand onto Rosé's with a kind smile- I just can't thank you enough.

Rosé: Perhaps to lighten the mood, how did it go with the committee about your ideas? -she asked-

Minnie: Oh! It went very well, Rosé! -she bubbled upon the topic being brought up- We're going to be setting up for a community Valentine's Day parade and a part at high school after all!

Mickey: Oh, boy Minnie! -he beams, as he hugs Minnie- That should lift our spirits after what's been happening last month.

Rosé: I'm very happy for you, Minnie. -she smiles-

Daisy: We should celebrate! -she chirps about Minnie's approval- And I think I know what we can do!

Rosé: And what would that be? -she asked-

Daisy: I was thinking of going on a date with Donald to the beach, but after what Pete pulled, I had a feeling you'd wanna wind down, so we agreed to bring you with. -she suggests to the group-

Minnie: Like a double-date? -she said with curiosity, then she smiled about it- I'd love to, Daisy! -she beamed, as she hugs Daisy-

Daisy: Heheh. -after their hug, she looks at Rosé- But I don't just mean Mickey and Minnie.

Rosé: -as she sees Daisy look at her, she starts to figure out what she has in mind- You'd... Like me to come along?

Daisy: Why not? -she questioned with a shrug- You've been here an entire month, and Pete's mess took up a bunch of your time and stress. So, I wanted to see if you'd like to join us. But you don't have to find a date. Just all of us as friends. -she offers with a smile-
