Callus's POV — happens right after last chapter:

"Aaravos isn't a evil, malicious, and heartless monster. He's a father! A morning father...he's just getting revenge...

For his fallen child."

I heard Rayla speak with disbelief in her voice.

"What? No...impossible." Zubeia huffed back. "I agree with the dragon queen. If he was a father, why would he be doing all this?" Corvus asked in opposition. Rayla was silent thinking for a moment. "Zubeia...if someone killed Zym...wouldn't you do anything you can to get back at the person who hurt you?" The moonshadow elf asked, with a soft voice.

Zubeia stood silent for a moment. "Yes...yes I would." She replied with a disappointed tone.

"Leola's last wish." I mumbled to myself. "Hmm?" Ezran said looking over to me. "Zubeia, who is Leola? As In the constellation "Leola's, last wish". It's one of the brightest stars in the night sky, and I once saw something in Aaravos' page in a book, and I'm pretty sure it said "Leola", but it was only a glimpse. Is she important?" I asked her.

"Leola...I don't know much about her. All I know is that she is a fallen Star-touched elf, and her wish—her last wish—was for humans to be able to have magic...even if it was just a little." Zubeia replied. "Why do you ask? Do you think they are related?" The dragon queen asked curiously.

"Leola wanted humans to have magic. Aaravos gave humans magic, maybe he got the idea from her, and the only way to do that is to know her...maybe they are related. Or maybe they were just friends, or maybe there unrelated and have nothing to do with each other! But at least we're putting all our options on the table." I quickly spat out.

There was a silence, but it was short lived.

"What did Claudia say to you when you confronted Her?" Soren asked me. "She was about to tell me something about Aaravos, why he's the way he is, but I quickly silenced her." I replied. "Maybe we could have finally know our little mystery about Aaravos if you hadn't SHUT HER UP!" Rayla yelled jokingly.

"Maybe we should visit archmage Akiyu, maybe she can give us some solace." Aanya offered, being a voice of reason. "That's a good idea! Maybe she can give use some reason why Aaravos is the way he is." Ezran said with a soft smile.

"Very well." Zubeia said as she began to fly towards tidebound archipelago.

With Aaravos, Terry, and Claudia:
No one's POV:

"Alright! Camps set up, and I'm going make sure it's safe here, I'll be back." Claudia said happily, as she went to wander the forest. Aaravos held the quasar diamond up to his eye, observing every detail. "Is this your first time ever seeing a quasar diamond?" Terry asked trying to start a conversation.

Aaravos looked at him for a moment. "No." He replied blankly. "Oh. Okay." Terry said, sounding a bit disappointed.

"You remind me of Leola sometimes. You are kind and care about others. You also always try to friend other people, no matter how difficult they my be." Aaravos said with a soft chuckle. "Oh. Thank you." Terry said smiling a bit.

"So why are you here now? With a human? What events in your life lead you here?" Aaravos asked, his curiosity at its peak. It was silent for a moment. "When I was young, the other kids use to pick on me, they always said I was a doe, but I knew...I knew I was always a buck. When I meet Claudia, she saw me for who I was, and fell in love with me, and I her. I chose the name Terrestrius, or Terry for short. And that's me, and how I ended up where I am today." The Earthblood replied with a soft smile.

Aaravos looked over at him, intrigued by his story. "A worthy name, for someone like you." The Star-touched elf said with a comforting tone. "What about you? What was your young life like?" Terry asked also now curious. Aaravos hummed, thinking for a minute.

"When I was a youngling I always loved this world, and everything in it. I loved it's perfections and imperfections. I spent most my time on this world. And I guess that also was passed on to my daughter some how. My name, Aaravos, was given to me by my mother. It means "between light and darkness" "not good nor bad." And I guess that's—a small part—of my story." Aaravos said softly, closing his eyes.

"Your name perfectly fits you as well." Terry said, smiling. "Thank you." Aaravos said quietly, still smiling.

"Aww, are my two favourite elf's bounding? How nice." Claudia said, re-emerging from the bushes. Terry chuckled and nodded slightly. Aaravos reopened his eyes.

"Is it safe?" The Star-touched elf asked cautiously. "It's safe, there's no one near here." Claudia replied.

"Where are we going to go next?" She asked, sitting down near the fire "the storm spire." Aaravos said, as he put down the quasar diamond. "It should only be a four day walk, three if we're lucky." He continued to speak.

"But won't the dragon queen, and the others be there? We'll be attacked right away." Terry asked, trying to understand the Star-touched elf's reason.

"Well first off, my reason is too get my staff back, and we'll be in disguises, so they won't be as suspicious." Aaravos said with a smile. "Like different clothes?" Claudia asked. "No, entirely different bodies...an illusion." He replied, shutting the fire off.

"That's—actually really smart." Terry said, thinking about Aaravos' statement. "I know it is. No get some rest...the both of you. We'll wake up when dawn breaks." The Star elf said, slowly falling asleep. Claudia and Terry also quickly fell asleep, somewhat eager for tomorrow.
