The Family Life -A Philinda Story

Chapter Five

A/N, sry I had no idea how to write the trip back for May and Phil, so this starts when they get home. Also sorry it's short and I didn't post a lot this week.

"Daisy what the actual fuck happened" May yelled as she barged in her house.

Daisy walked over with Sofi in her hands and May grabbed Sofi making quick work of her onesie. She stared at the cut on her stomach. Phil walked over looked at it and gasped. It was a long dark cut with some dried blood over it. May then stroked her baby's chin and looked at the scrape. It was just like the one you would get when you fell off a bike. And her hands and feet were all cut up. May's face turned furious, she dropped Sofi into Phil's arms and dragged Daisy into the Study. Phil could hear May yelling from the other room, and so could Sofi because she started crying.

"Daisy! YOU," May started, "YOU" "YOU" "you almost killed my baby girl when you were watching her because you weren't actually watching her. I watched the security footage from that day. Not only did you lie to us about what happened but your baby sister got injured bad because of it" May said, almost breaking down. "You said Eli Morrow showed up for Phil and then Robbie showed up to fight him, but really Robbie showed up way earlier because you are DATING him, you two were being immature, and not watching your sister then his uncle shows up and Robbie fights him instead of calling us or SHIELD and he hurts your sister in the process so..." May yelled, her blood starting to boil all over again. She walked out and left Daisy in the study to deal with her actions.

May walked over to Phil and started sobbing on his shoulder, he spoke, "Mel, it's late, we're all tired, let's get some sleep and pick this conversation up tomorrow, okay?"

May sighed and nodded giving him a quick half smile to show she agreed with his decision.

*** (in bed)

May rolled some to the left and placed her hand and head on Phil's chest. "Phil?" She whispered.

"Yes Mel?"

"I can't sleep" she replied.

"What was that?" He asked

"I can't sleep" she repeated a little louder

"Wanna do something first?" he asked.

"Are you implying what I think you are?" She smirked

"No, but here you are with your dirty mind" he scoffed

"Dork" she chuckled

"Your dork" he smiled down at his wife.

May smirked.

May kicked off the blanket and revealed what she had on, it was a big oversized t- shirt because it was Phil's and a tiny stringy thong. He chuckled.

"Hmm? You wanna talk about that" May said sexily as she looked him up and down. He was wearing no shirt with just boxers.

May smirked and stripped herself as he watched but then groaned, holding her stomach. Her eyes opened wide as she ran out of bed and to the bathroom as she barfed into the toilet. Phil ran right behind her and held up her hair as she barfed. They got back in bed after she washed her face and mouth.

"You okay?" Phil asked,

"I don't feel good, I feel queasy inside and I feel sick and cold" she shivered.

Phil grabbed her the oversized t shirt of his she was wearing, smiling at it, and big comfy sweatpants. She put them on her and tucked the covers over them. "Try to get some sleep" he whispered in May's ear as he combed his hands through her hair knowing it made her calm.

"Love you" she whispered.

"Love you more" he whispered back to her ear.
