Ch 13. /Feel/

When Pavel led Pooh to his cousin's room, it was empty. It seemed likely that his younger brother was playing with another cousin. The room had no couch, just a single bed.

Pooh: I can sleep on the floor.

As Pooh reached for the pillow and small blanket on the bed, Pavel suddenly stopped him by grabbing his hand.

Pavel: It's okay. You can sleep here in the bed with me.

Pavel: I won't mind.

Pooh: What if you feel uncomfortable??

Pavel: I won't. Trust me.

Pavel's words were simple, but they brought a faint smile to Pooh's face.

Pavel walked to the door and locked it to ensure they wouldn't be disturbed. They were exhausted from all the socializing; it felt as though their energy was drained simply by being around people.

Pavel settled into one corner of the bed, while Pooh was positioned at the opposite end, as if they were practicing social distancing. Despite the distance between them, they both felt a sense of each other's presence and a warm feeling in their hearts.

Pooh: Sweet dreams.

Pavel: You too.

Both of them drifted off to sleep, their exhaustion gently carrying them away.

Name of engaged cousion: Blue.
And his sister : Grey.

Blue: Where is Pavel??

Grey: Oh, he went for a sleep.

Blue: Today is my engagement and he is sleeping peacefully.

Blue: Go and wake him up.

Grey: It's okay. Let him sleep bro. He is tired.

Grey: Why are you always rude toward him??

Grey: He didn't even do anything to you.

Grey: Because of your behaviour, his family thinks even I am bad person.

Grey: If you did anything to him today, Don't call me your sister.

Blue: Oh, why are you so worried about him??

Blue: He is a bitch. He doesn't deserve anything good in life.

Grey: Just admit that you are jealous of him. His life is peaceful unless like yours.

Blue: Why would I be jealous of someone like him?

As blue was about to slap grey. His friend stopped him.

Friend 1: Leave it for today.

Friend 2: It's your engagement bro. Let it be peaceful.

Friend 3: Let him sleep. He said he will join engagement party. He will come by himself.

After his friend convincing him, he let it go but deep inside he knew he didn't like Pavel because Pavel is really smart in almost everything than him.

At 8:30 in the night, the alarm rang, waking Pavel from his sleep. He turned off the alarm and glanced at the breathtaking man sleeping beside him. It seemed they must have moved around a lot in their sleep, which brought them so close together.

Pavel (thought) : Handsome.

He said removing the hair that came infront of his face. He gazed at the shape of his lips - plumpy and juicy. While looking at Pooh, Pavel felt some kind of way. Something like tingling sensation in his stomach.

Pavel (thought): What is this feeling??

Pavel (thought): Why I always feel safe around him?? I am not even related to him in anyway.

As Pavel was thinking, Pooh slowly opened his eyes. He saw Pavel infront of him looking at him.

Pavel: Sorry. I was about to wake you up.

He said distancing himself from Pooh.

Pooh: It's okay.

Pavel: Go wash your face first. We need to go for party.

Pooh: Okay.

Pooh then made his way toward bathroom. He looked at himself in the mirror and smiled by thinking how Pavel was staring at him. He was wide awake since the alarm rang but he wanted to see what Pavel will do. So he pretended to sleep. He then touched his hair which Pavel removed from his face.

Pooh (to himself): You are so warm Pavel.

Pooh: You are the only person I felt close with. I hope we can stay together as a friend.

Pooh: I hope we won't lost contact with each other in future.

Pooh tried to ignore his feelings, which were clearly love, telling himself that he was just feeling close to Pavel because he had never had friends before. He struggled to distinguish whether his feelings were genuine love or simply a result of their newfound closeness.
