After the Old Arrow members were taken down, the Board started directing the clean up. Bodies were stacked and burnt. The injured were treated. Some property was damaged here and there, that needed to be sorted out too. Were-animals sorted out trees that had fallen or were plucked out from the ground. No control when in battle.
Everyone retreated to their rooms for the night. Tomorrow, the Board had more cleaning up to do and the remaining members had to be dealt with too.
The Jennings Coven gathered in Ava's room.
A short silence fell before Veronica stood up straight. "I have to tell you guys something." Taking a breath, "Elder James offered me a seat on the Board. I'm staying here."
Silence continued. They knew this was a great opportunity and Veronica was definitely the person for this. However after spending many decades with each other, Veronica leaving would have a great impact on the others.
"It's not like I won't be reachable. We just won't be living together." Veronica comforted her family. They needed time to come to terms with the news.
Veronica turned to Myra, gesturing with her eyebrow, "I have news too. Dewhurst Chamber has asked me to join them too. They were really happy with the test they gave me. The potion to destroy blood pools. I will still be with you guys, just that I have another job now." She gave a weak smile.
The double effect of their news swirled the pool of emotions.
"Serene, effective immediately, you're the leader of our family. Watch over them." Veronica gripped Serene's left shoulder.

Other than Veronica who stayed behind as she starts a new chapter in her life and Myra that went back with the members of Dewhurst Chamber for her training, the rest of the supernaturals from Frostford returned back to the town after a long, eventful night.
Alec, Chad and Lance headed back to Ravendale to sort out their affairs after the battle. Some of their clan's people joined Laren Blackcape in his wild dream of taking over the world and it hurt their clan. They would need time to restructure and organize the people.
Jennings Coven
Lia stood on the porch of their house, waiting for the Jennings to arrive. Serene disabled the magic locks and they headed inside. They sat down in the living room. Valeria assembled some drinks and snacks for them, especially Ava whose appetite has grown exponentially.
"After the attack from the Mai clan, I headed back to search for information about the Pure Descendants. I'm guessing you know by now, the importance of Pure Descendants. However, I could not intervene unless approval was given," Lia said.
"I'm still confused, why would approval be needed? Aren't you an elementalist?" Chloe asked.
Lia looked at Serene, who gave a motion to continue, "It isn't widely known knowledge about dimensions but it isn't a kept secret either. There are many dimensions in total, the world that you know and live in right now, is one of the dimensions. We name the dimensions after constellations and this dimension is known as Ursa Realm because of all the various types of supernaturals that live in a single dimension. Commonly, dimensions usually have a limited type of supernaturals, it's quite unique that this dimension has so many different kinds, even Blood Descendants living here.
Where I'm from, is one of the many other dimensions. I'm part of a group that protects and maintains the balance across dimensions. So without a directive from them, I can't use their resources for the battle. But after finding out the Old Arrow's motive to take over Pure Descendants, my team was able to join in."
