When we got to the trampoline place Ava squirmed around in her seat trying to get out as quickly as possible. Luke and Amelia got out the other side door and I got Ava out of her car seat and she jumped out of the car, running towards the building.

"Ava no! You can't cross the street alone!" I yelled as Michael grabbed my hand and Luke chased after Ava grabbing her and carrying her across the street.

"I need a job." I sighed as Michael paid for all of us to get in. I felt bad that he had to pay for us because I was broke.

"Just apply at a job in the mall." He shrugged as Amelia and Ava ran over to the trampolines and Luke walked with us.

"What about you Hemmings? Where do you work?" I asked and he stuck his hands in his pockets

"I don't. Same as you, I don't have a job."

"Well then tomorrow we will go job hunting." I said grabbing Michael's hand and running off to the trampolines.

"Parky I don't wanna leaveeeee!" Ava whined refusing to leave the building.

"God damn it Ava, stop being so difficult. You can sleep with me and Michael tonight if you come with us otherwise you have to sleep in your room by yourself with no nightlight."

After I told her that she ran over to Michael and grabbed his hand walking out of the building.

"Ya know I don't think I noticed this till tonight but, Ava looks a lot like Michael." Luke said as we walked to the car.

"Really? You think so? I guess she does." I said tilting my head before getting into the car. As we parked in the driveway Chris's car was still here and Amelia and Ava were both fast asleep in the back.

"I got Amelia." I told Michael as he grabbed Ava and Luke awkwardly stood by the door. I threw him the keys so he could unlock the door and get in and I made my way upstairs putting Amelia in her bed and closing the door.

Luke came and gave me a hug telling me goodnight before going to the basement and I went into my room closing the door behind me.

"You can sleep in here. My mum honestly doesn't care she just doesn't want us having sex and wants to make a good impression on Chris."

I said putting on basketball shorts and a tank top before crawling into bed next to a sleeping Ava and Michael did the same.

I woke up to Amelia shaking me. "What the hell do you want?" I asked looking at her.

"Mom told me to tell you to get up. We're going to go get paint for the living room, bathroom and my room. Michael already left and we're leaving in 15 minutes."

She ran out of the room closing the door behind me and I sighed closing my eyes. I finally pulled myself out of bed and grabbed a random shirt and some leggings before putting on a hoodie and Vans before going into the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair.

"Mum, me and Luke are going job hunting today so we can just take my skate boards downtown." I said putting my wallet in my pocket and grabbed my phone before handing Luke one of my skateboards.

"Ok well don't be out too late. The girls will be out for the night at friends and I have to work a late shift and most likely won't be back till tomorrow afternoon so the house is to yourself. No sex." She said staring at both of us.

"Oh my god, mum I'm dating Michael. Me and Luke aren't gonna have sex." I said and everyone stared wide eye at me.

"You're dating Michael?!" Everyone shouted including Luke.

"What the hell why is everyone yelling." I said and my mum shook her head.

"I know it's not my choice on who you date but I thought that was over. We need to talk later." My mum said before closing the door of the house and started up the car.

"You're dating Michael?" Luke asked raising his eyebrows.

"Yes, and it shouldn't matter to you. You have a date with Chrissy Blake." I said shrugging and leaving the house.

We skated downtown and to the mall before walking around looking at the stores.

"Where do you wanna get a job?" Luke asked looking around at the shops.

"I don't know. Probably Hot Topic. Too many annoying girls from school in all the other stores." I said grabbing Luke's hand and dragging him into Hot Topic.

"Hi can I help you two with anything?" One of the employs asked coming up to us.

"Yeah I wanna apply for a job here." I said and she smiled and nodded.

"Fill this information out and then we will call you in sometime for an interview."

------(skipping trough the day)

I ran home laughing and I literally fell in the snow from laughing so much. A dog was chasing Luke and he ran too fast and slipped over ice and fell on top on the dog.

Luke then cried and took the dog to the vet and then I made fun of him the rest of the way home.

"You're such a dork." I laughed as he helped me out of the snow.

"Shut up. I feel so bad." He said frowning.

"The doctor said it will be fine and they'll find its owner. Now come on we better get you ready for your date." I said opening up the door and walking up the stairs to see my mum, some random guy and another guy around my age. I thought my mum worked tonight?

"Um what's going on here?" I asked setting down my bag on the couch while Luke followed behind me.

"Luke would you mind stepping in Parker's room for a little bit. We just have to discuss some stuff." My mum said and Luke nodded and left the room.

"Parker come sit down." Mum said as the two men sat in front of us.

"So you know that before me and your father got married I had a on and off relationship when someone.." Mum said as I nodded for her to go on.

"Well this is him and this is his son.... also known as your brother.." She said slowly and I looked at her wide eyed.

"I have a brother and you never told me?!" I shouted standing up.

"Parker for heavens sake I just found out today. Now me and jack are gonna sort things out and Nick," She said gesturing to the other boy. "is gonna stay here with you and you guys can get to know each other." she said smiling and standing up.

"Ok well follow me. You can help me get Hemmings ready for his date." I said and got up with him following.

"Alright Hemmings this is Nick? My brother I guess I don't know but Nick this is Luke." I said introducing each other before I threw one of Luke's beanies at him.

"Go have fun with the bitch. Let me know if you need back up." I said winking at Luke before he rolled his eyes and nodded.

"Alright bye." He said leaving the room and out the front door.

"So Nick, got a girlfriend?"

Luke's P.O.V-
I quickly walked up to Chrissy's front door and knocked on it just as the door opened and Michael walked out.

"Michael?" I said confused.

"Oh uh hey Hemmings. Um what are you doing here?" He said finishing putting his shirt on.

"I'm going on a date with Chrissy.." I replied slowly.

"Have fun with that but can we just not mention to Parker that I was here? Ok thanks." He said before quickly driving away.

"Sorry about that he just asked about homework. Ready for our date?"
