I woke up to my mum knocking on my door telling me to wake up and clean the living room and kitchen and I needed to do the dishes while she went to the store.

"I'm taking Ava with me so just watch Amelia." She said grabbing her purse before leaving.

I sighed and put my hair into a bun and turned on the radio in the kitchen and put my The Devil Wears Prada CD in and turned it up and started to clean up the living room. I put the pillows neatly on the couches and put the Wii remotes back in the cabinets under the TV and walked over to the table clearing it off.

"Amelia did you get breakfast?" I shouted and she came out of her room.

"No. Can I have my ice cream?" She asked and I nodded and went to go get it. Amelia went back to her room and a tired looking Luke came upstairs rubbing his eyes.

"Your music is so loud, it woke me up." He said yawning.

"Aw poor baby didn't get his sleep. I didn't either. Woah, shit. Come with me." I said walking into the bathroom and Luke looked in the mirror wide eyed.

"What if your mom saw this?!" He said freaking out.

"Calm down. Just come upstairs early every morning and I can put more on you. I need to teach you how to do this." I said shaking my head and washed my hands after I was done putting more foundation on him and went back into the kitchen to finish the dishes.

After the dishes were done I turned off the music and fell on my couch grabbing my laptop. I went onto ticket master and almost fell off the couch.

"No fucking way!" I screamed trying to find my phone.

I found it under the pillow and quickly dialed Michaels number running around the room as Luke laughed at me.

"Hello?" I heard Michael say groggy.

"Wake the fuck up Clifford! Green Day is coming to New York in a month and guess who just got the last 5 tickets?!"

I screamed and Michael also screamed. "That amazing! I fucking love you Parker!" He said now fully awake.

"Just thought I'd let you know. I gotta go now. Bye. Yep, love you too." I hit the end call button and ran over to Luke poking him in his sides.

"Guess who's seeing Green Day with me." I said and he rolled his eyes.

"Michael. I heard-"

"Oh my god you're such a dumbass. I got 5 tickets! You're coming with us!" I said and he stared at me with wide eyes before picking me up and spinning me around just as the door opened and my mom walked in the house with groceries and Ava and some girl walked in.

"Parker come help me put these groceries away." She said shaking her head as Ava took the little girls hand and ran off into her room.

"Keep out the stuff for steak tonight. Chris is coming over and I want to make something that he'll enjoy." She said going out back to turn on the grill.

"Thanks mum, I mean you know I'm a vegetarian but ok." I said shaking my head.

"Since when were you a vegetarian?" Luke asked.

"I don't know a month?" I don't like eating animals it's sad Hemmings." I said putting away the rest of the food and went into my room with Luke following behind.

"So do you like Chris?" Luke asked sitting next to me on my bed.

"Nope... Not at all. My mum acts so fucking fake around him and he's all fancy and proper and I don't know he seems like an asshole in the inside." I said shrugging and playing with the hem of my shirt.

"Then how about we go out for the night?" He said laying down on my bed and I did the same.

"My mum wouldn't let me." I said shaking my head.

"Oh well. We can sneak out. We can go out to the mall. My treat." He said and I shook my head.

"If we go I'm not letting you pay for me. I got my own shit ok." I said and he nodded. He was about to respond but Ava came in and sat down on the bed with me and Luke.

"Parky?" She asked and I nodded.

"What pumpkin?" I replied as she laid in between the two of us.

"Can I have a girlfriend?" She asked and I sat up.

"What?" I said and she turned to Luke.

"I don't like boys they're icky. I like Lynn and Lynn has two mummies and they said that in this world we have a choice of who we wanna love." She said and I smiled.

"Of course you can have a girlfriend. Of course you get to choose." I said kissing her before she smiled and ran over grabbing Lynn's hand.

"My mum is gonna flip." I said shaking my head. "This new guy is a Christian so she's trying to be one too. She will not put up with that." I said shaking my head disappointed in my mum.

"Well forget her. C'mon let's go out somewhere." He said standing up and unlocking my window.

"Well I do need more cigarettes and spray paint.." I said and he raised his eyebrows.

"See, now c'mon get some money and let's go." He said putting on his sweatshirt and I went into the basement getting my money from the garage.

I went back upstairs and saw my mum on the phone. "Yep, ok see you soon. Bye." She said smiling.

"Make sure the girls are ready for dinner in about a half hour." She said going back outside.

I rolled my eyes and closed my door before going on the window with Luke.
